Well, seems like a pattern has developed here in the reviews, terrible customer service!!!! Website policy clearly identifies two types of ID's that are accepted to prove identity. Refuse to service a disabled person, stating that person does not have proper ID. State ID and second form of approved Id is not good enough? Check from a government agency to deposit is not good enough. These people are nuts, no wonder the review...

Poor customer service. If you request a call-back there system will require you to dial number 1 or 2 to pick up. They set it so you cannot pick up... They used to allow you until the end of day to deposit insufficient funds. (Reciept to prove it) Apparently they are getting desperate now and just instantly charge the 35 dollar fee. Be prepared to be lied to by customer service. They seem to care more about their "status" than you. When you make a status update on Facebook it's not the same as having a 2 way conversation. On social media people 'jockey for status". That is not the way you do business with people in a real life environment. I read the other reviews and responses. Hiring social networking experts will only make your customer service problem worse. They are extremely narcissistic. The guy on the phone sounded like a radio dj. I honestly think bank of America will not survive. With the fed raising interests rates and high inflation it's only a matter of time.

Waited 45 minutes to cash a check and ended up walking out without my check cashed. Been with them for over 20 yrs. they have gone downhill fast! I’ll try again today

I went to withdraw the money, the attendant said that I could not withdraw the money, that it was not available in my account, then I took the money, sent it by zelle to my chase account and I had to withdraw it from Chase, now someone explains it to me, like money is not available to withdraw but can transfer via zelle? Absurd!!

Wrong address sent by bank. The address is not 3173. Private rooms are open from the top so anybody can hear anything. What kind of nonsense is this? I can hear as I type this people's dollar amount etc transactions being discussed. The rooms need to be private! However the banker Tony was nice.

Worst bank experience. Had about 25 people in line with ONE teller. Waited 30 minutes before walking out and only moved up one person. Who has the time to wait two plus hours in a bank? Very irresponsible of BOA to allow so many people in such a small space circulating the same air.

I read the reviews beforehand and they weren't good. They were mostly true. The staff I encountered found it difficult to engage and would rather avoid that. Tip: If a customer says something don't ignore them. Basic manners or lack thereof diminishes trust. It starts from the Manager. Will not be able to use this branch in the future.
