    Super slow Im in line writing this its already been 20 minutes for a line that started with 5 people. The manager is just watching the cashier struggle with customers instead of opening another window himself. He just walking pacing around slowly behind her, standing looking out at us. Yup this is inefficient. Avoid if you can. It takes about 6-7 minutes per person so far.

    I waited one hour exactly.They don’t have enough stuff also bad management.Don’t recommended going there unless you want to waste your time .

    Very slow teller. 99 of them time only 1 teller. Meanwhile they have people walking around asking you if you need help but won’t actually help u. 1 teller with lines out the door.

    The female teller on 7/24 yesterday which was a Saturday because my address was different from my checks address because I recently moved people move all the time she gave me a very hard time at the window she was extremely rude all she had to do was cash my check being that my job has a relationship with you she was not very helpful or concerned First off DMC my job banks with you all has a very long relationship with your bank. I went to your first location and they were nicer and more understanding… my job gave me a paper check due to an error. The Bank of America in Livonia said it was no problem to cash my check with them but I had to go home and get my license I wasn’t trying to keep inconveniencing myself anymore that day so I drove to your location in Dearborn by my house which made sense and she would not help me and was rude. So I went back to the Bank of America in Livonia which cashed it but charged me a fee! Your location in Dearborn is horrible and this is why I closed my account before terrible customer service all the lady at the Dearborn location had to was charge me a fee but instead she decided to be rude and not help I needed my money and if I already stood in a very long line for at least 20 minutes she could’ve accommodated me I had to drive all the way back on the other side of town and I live in Westland Michigan I will never bank with you guys ever again I hope to God I have to never cash another check from Bank of America horrible!!!!! Oh and I’m calling corporate

    Clowns are way more professional than them, wearing a suit doesn't make you professional, but how you treat and talk with customers shows who u really are! Very bad customer service, I walked in quarter to four , we sat there for a good 30 min until someone showed up to ask what we need , and then he said we don't take clients now we only go by appointment They could've helped us in 5 minutes but no ,one of the agents was sitting doing nothing but chattering . You cant manage a good business if you don't know how to treat customers. I don't know why there is a manager if his coworkers tell him what to do. A manager should manage himself and his coworkers not the other way around .

    Made a notary appointment 3 weeks ago for today. I get a call at 830AM and they leave me a VM saying they don't actually have a notary. So now I've wasted 3 weeks. To top it off, I've called the branch 8x now. No one ever picks up the phone. What sort of unprofessional garbage is this?

    I don’t usually leave bad reviews as I work in customer service myself. So I decided to make an appointment last week for today at 1:30pm. After 6 different people asking me the same question, “if I had made an appointment”, I was finally seen at 2:05. My Banker Zaid Abualrous finally takes me back and I let him know I want to open a new account and apply for a credit card. He now tells me that I have a huge problem and I asked him multiple times what was the “huge Problem”, He did not give me any reason why! He somehow talked me into doing a cash advance so we can use that money to go towards the credit card. Doesn’t make sense and totally irrelevant. Thank you Bank of America for wasting my time just to tell me that I have a “huge problem”. Very disappointed in this branch! I’m not upset that I waited a long time after my appointment time. I felt as if nothing got accomplished!
