Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Brannan St, San Francisco

I have never been so disrespected anywhere before and frankly surprised that bank staff can get away with this. I called to make an appointment everything seemed fine until I showed and and the tiny, curly haired man who was to help me open an account got sour after sizing me up. He started screening me in the lobby among other customers, in the most condescending, thrown voice ever... and doing it in a way as if not talking to me but through me to people at the other end of the room. I was frankly confused as to why he was looking down at me with such disdain especially since considering his height, his eye contact should have naturally have angled up. He sneered and smirked as I gave him my responses and when it got too much for me I asked if that was a usual bank practice to screen people in the lobby, he left and said he had an appointment. I then had a very interesting conversation with his co-worker that I will save for their supervisor. Update: I actually went bank and if you can believe it, it was worse!!! I think these people know they're in the worst bank in the world and are just embracing that title at this point.

Visited this branch last week having an appointment booked beforehand. Bad service, feel like I wasted my time coming to this place. Ahmed was helping me to open a credit card, but in the middle of our conversation he noticed some other person walked in & his attention was fully occupied by looking at that person; Ahmed wasn't even looking at me anymore. When I felt like this appointment won't move any further, I told him I need to think about my application, then he ran to that other person without finishing a conversation with me.

They asked me if I had a green card to in order to see a bank assistant. When I finally saw someone to ask about a loan they printed out a webpage from the site.. err thanks guys I know it was 4:30pm and you were closing soon but you could have tried a little. I feel I was subjected to an unfriendly atmosphere to be presented with the information online which reads "come in and speak with one of our loan specialists" won't do that again.

I walked to the bank at lunch and as soon as I walked in I was helped. At 12:30 there was one person standing in line for two tellers. Dominique helped me change my new ATM password right away. Unlike the reviews on Google I had no problems and she was great.

So I’ve tried to add the drive-thru entrance for the disabled/drive up ATM users, which is on Bluxome, but Google not only declined that they’re also pulling down pictures of the entrance. Insanity! It’s at 22 Bluxome. It’s the ONLY way to drive up to the ATM. UPDATE : it looks like they fixed an earlier problem: Is the drive up ATM really closed or just the branch at this location? According to the locator the whole thing is closed. Being disabled and with the pandemic, drive-thrus are important. * because info not consistent. => *** because fixed. But BofA could fix drive-thru problem too.

This Bank's location is perfect for me. Everytime i go the staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The Teller Nikketa is amazing and beautiful. I really like this bank.

The lady behind the counter asked how much money I had in my account in order to verify the account is mine even though I had already presented them will all valid identifications (ID,passport,Social Security, Green card)

Ahmed was very polite and helpful in taking care of my request, he helped me better understand how I can get things done without going to the branch, to actually save time, thank you.

The most outdated and customer unfriendly bank branch I've ever seen! One teller with 10 customers in line and three other banker doing doing everything else but not servicing customers! Do not ever recommend becoming BOA customer! Ever!

EVEN WHEN ITS BANK OF AMERICA ERROR THEY WHANT YOU TO PAY ! AND THEY CHARGED TO MUCH EXTRA FEE EVEN WHEN ITS BANK OF AMERICA ERROR!! BANK OF AMERICA WILL CHARGE YOU MANY EXTRA FEES WHEN THEY CAN ! AND BANK OF AMERICA DOESN'T RECOGNIZE THERE'S MISTAKES!! AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THERE'S MISTAKES!!
