    45 minutes to make a deposit & get a change order for our business. Only 2 tellers & just as I got to the counter she put a board in front of me & said her assistant would take care of me. Manager said I was supposed to use the night drop for the deposit so how am I supposed to get change??

    Terrible customer service working here. I came in to do a wire transfer which I have been able to do before with a teller at this exact same location. The women at the stand said it would be a 2 hour wait. When I told her I’ve done it there before with a teller she called me a liar. I’m not sure why I’d have a reason to lie about this. Maybe someone did it incorrectly before but a 20 year old girl calling me a liar is so not appropriate. I will never be back to this location - bank of American needs to seriously consider who they hire.

    They closed the drive through. Great move for COVID. I went in on a Saturday morning and the line was all the way to the door and even wrapping around. Only 2 tellers working. And no drive through. This is the best example of poor customer service you could see.

    I despise coming to this location. I'm forced to because of my work. Every BoA is terrible but this one takes the cake. How many customers do you need to have in line before you start to work with any sense of urgency? I'd rather wait in line at the DMV than wait to be served here. Go to Chase Bank instead where you are greeted with service and a smile!

    I've sitting here waiting for a rep to open an account. Their behavior and their reviews have convincrd me they are not interested in my business. How do they make their money? Service fee? Probably. Asked to see the manager and got tired of waiting. Zero customer service skills. No need to respond to this message.

    Very long lines , only one Tailor working in the busiest time. That is totally unacceptable . I was working hard for my money, and now I have to spend another hour to get my money. Isn’t it Bank of America without me at least one hour of my pay? Being customer with this bank for almost 30 years, now I have a question in my mind should I change my bank?

    Notary refused to notarize a document because the exact verbiage was not the form, yet the form clearly stated it needed to be signed by my financial institution. Don’t seem to have these issues at other locations. Definitely won’t be returning.

    Every time I come to this branch at 12 pm there's 1 associate at the counter??. There's 10 people waiting!! When most people have time to go to the bank is on lunch hour, so pay more employees to service your customers better.

    Worse bank experience with BofA ever! Slowest teller who is incompetent and lacking in customer service. Went in hoping to make a quick deposit due to long line at ATM outside. Only 1 teller at 1 of the 7 stations. 5 people ahead in line, yet the only one teller kept on going back and worth to the back door, asking questions, because she did not know what she was doing! When it was my turn, naturally she also went to the back door and took my check with her, to ask questions cause I'm pretty sure she's clueless as to what her job is. I demanded ask to what she's done with my check for deposit, and she was unable to explain why she took it away. Waste of time in this bank. Save your time and patience for another branch who's friendlier and actually know what they're doing.
