    BOA is now become a bank of hassle & I don't recommend this bank branches for fast service anymore. When drive ways of many branches are closed and service is no longer available and only one teller behind the counter dealing with ppl those holding the line is not a good banking.A person can't even withdrawal over their own daily limit. I waited 20 mins and line was just getting bigger and bigger for new arrivals. I left the branch,can't wait no longer here. COVID is just a lame excuse for all these controlling org. Thumbs 👎 for BOA

    It's a good thing for your company that I HAVE to bank here. I would NEVER have a personal account at this bank. NEVER enough help. Today I'm 12th in line with 9 more behind me and ONE teller. Typical every day that I come in here.

    Just waited in a long line for 30 minutes for the one teller working the counter to get a cashier's check. After I get to the counter the lady tells me that for my dollar amount she needs her supervisor's approval and he just went to lunch. Are you kidding me?!?!?! Bank of America, hire more tellers and maybe have someone at the bank during ALL business hours that can authorize banking transactions. The lack of tellers is not limited to this branch.

    Slow, only one teller so even if you are 2nd or 3rd in line you are in for a long wait. Need to staff it better. It’s a Tuesday at noon, more than 1 person should be working

    Horrible customer service I advise you to go to a different branch, Jesus specifically is a terrible bank employee he does not care or want to care about customer needs he should be terminated

    Just close your account and let them have the remaining balance. That’s how they win. There is always some guy in the lobby wasting your time while only one teller does anything. Legit have been standing in line for an hour to get 20$ out so I can close my account. I should have just let them have it at this rate. Add to that the one teller is selling credit cards hard with over 15 people in line. Skip the offers at times like these.

    Absolutely the best staff of any BOA anywhere. These people do not get the credit they deserve. They always go above and beyond to help you out. Over the last year I've seen upper management, or whoever makes those decisions, put immense pressure on the staff by closing this location multiple times and sending staff to all kinds of other places to help out, and all kinds of other situations. Ive seen this location ridiculously short staffed during busy times and they never crack. They always meet you with smiles and do their job professionally. So much respect.

    You can NEVER get throught to them on the phone. When you have to go inside there is a line to the door!! You make an appointment and you still have to wait! A lot of us have to work. There are never enough employees there!! The employees that are there are friendly and helpful and I know it is not their fault. Still it is time for me to move on.

    There’s always a problem with Bank of America, always. They obviously don’t know what they are doing. The two locations in McKinney are horrible! Horrible services!! That’s not the case if you go to one in Dallas or Plano or even Addison. It’s the ones in McKinney that lack service and friendliness and hassle. So disappointing. You would think they would fix it and make it better but they don’t. It’s been horrible for years.
