Honestly the worst experience in a bank ever. One teller for 15 people in line. The other teller talking and lotions before opening a second window. This took her all of 20 minutes. A blond haired African American sister. After seeing so many similar reviews for this location I’m amazed upper management has not come down to fix the situation here. Powers that be if you are reading these reviews please take action.

If I could give zero stars I would. Only one teller open and the line was almost at the door. The teller Ayana had a nasty attitude and wasn’t very welcoming. She was probably frustrated because she was the only teller with a long line of angry customers and no one was helping her. I was hesitant to go in after I saw the one star review online but was in the neighborhood. I see why the rating is so low. What should have been a 10-15 minute experience turned into 45 minutes. Never going there again.

wanted to give no star for no walk-in sign up sheet... low on staff... 1 teller... worst wait timing... do yourself favor; drive 8-10 miles extra to another BOA branch. believe me you will save more time. end up giving 3 star for the way stuff treated me on my turn... they were very curteous, recommend to utilize some BOA online appointment to save time will definitely try it.

They’ll treat you very different once you don’t open a account with them. I never planned on doing so. I just needed some checks cashed for the time being. Once they were told I wasn’t opening a account, I started to get treated differently. Work on your speed and customer service first and maybe you’ll get more clients.

I should give them -10 if there is the number. I feel that I am not along after seeing their reviews on google. They really don't care about account holders. I am a small business owner, and just had a new restaurant open on July 2017 at this location, and find it is the closest one , and I told my manager to get his weekly currency and coins order at this location since we have never had any difficulties with all my others locations. But it was really horrible , it took him at least two hours to have his order completely, even worse,one time, he was given half of his requested, and no apologies, no response with my manager questions about how he can order first and just pick up at the next day... So I came to get the coins order last week to see if my manager was wrong, but was told that even we called or emailed the day before, they can't not guarantee I can get my order next day . What?? So ... how should I get the order completely . Any way , I told my manager to change the location to the one near the sam's club, they are much better than this one . There was one more thing, and it really made me mad, my mom was with me at the time at the bank, and she doesn't speak or understand any English, she pointed the business card on the teller counter , and told me if that was what I was looking for , and the teller also the manager " Sheron " were laughing at her, I didn't want my mom feel that she is not welcome, that's why I didn't speak out a word . That was the worst experience ever, and really wants the management department should train them how to respect people.

Please, if you're reading this and have the time, go to another BOA location. This one treats customers like they're criminals, the tellers aren't competent enough to solve anything other than withdraws, and the manager doesn't care to help a single soul. I received so many "no's" I had to call the 1800 number in line to have them ask the manager to complete my request! HOW IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?

The worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I waited thirty minutes to receive a bank statement when all employees and manger are for the most part chatting and not doing doing any bank operations. This branch does not value customers time. -Norman Williams Unvalued customer

Worst location to go. Rude tellers. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 10 miles if you have to to go to a different location to save yourself the frustration of having to wait in line for 30 minutes and then having a teller with zero customer service skills yelling at you.

Stopped into my local BOA today in order to make a deposit in my brothers account. while he was out of the country. Ended up waiting in line for over 30 minutes, one Teller on duty, with 12 ppl in the line. Watched other tellers walk around. I do not know where Customer service begins or ends at this bank. I think it is very inconsiderate of peoples time. Reminded me of why I don't bank at BOA besides the rates & fees.
