    Always a line out the door full of angry yocals. There is 1-2 tellers at the most, no drive thru banking accept ATM withdrawal. Asked for my ID to make a deposit? Never once in my 40 years of banking.

    ATM STOLE $1300 from us and the bank can’t do anything. Took our debit card also. Machine went blank and they are saying they found no discrepancy! DO NOT USE THE ATM! If you do absolutely refuse to leave until they give you your cash back. Make a police report on site before leaving. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

    While the people are friendly, the waits are unbearable. There is only one teller on a Friday afternoon, and she was not even at the counter. It is time to do something different.

    I have no issue with the employees of this location. Very friendly and helpful. However I have major issues with the BOA online platform. Cannot add a new account to pay a warehouse in AZ, online platform does not allow me to search or edit existing accounts because it says I have no accounts listed. Online platform does not allow me to make an appointment with this branch since regardless what date i choose even a month out nothing available. Try calling the online 800 numbers for BOA business or online wires and the voice robot never understands you and ends the call or once you actually get to speak with a representative after 20 minute wait she accidentally disconnects you after you gave her your phone number multiple time for the security code to be texted. Do they call back of course not. ALL CALLS ARE ALWAYD RECORDED BUT NOTHING EVER CHANGES. The only thing I can change is banks. I think I had enough with this no service banking from BOA.

    This is a ridiculous bank,I've been with this bank for over 20 years, and the last 2 years have been awful,1 teller as usual,waited for over 35 minutes today,no drive thru so everyone has to come inside,with everything going on not smart,I don't even want to give them a 1 star,maybe the lady that is walking around could be doing something,she's walking around and a gentleman is holding the door open,and you don't need to reply because things don't change around there

    When I was a manager at Burger King this was the bank we used for our deposits, so often when i go, i am on the clock. There is usually only two desk people and one window person working so the line does build up pretty quickly. However the last time I went in there was only one desk person and i was next in line. The young lady working the desk decided to, instead of finishing up with the person she was with, have a 10 minute non work related conversation with that person. It wasn't until the window person came over to help me did i finally get helped.

    Literally the worst customer service of any bank we've ever dealt with. And they continue to get greedier, provide less service at the local and national level and reduce customer rewards even though we are considered gold-level customers. We have officially moved all accounts to a competitor.

    THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, ITS TIME FOR YOU TO GO UNDER COVER AND REALLY SEE THE PROBLEM FIRST HAND, YOUR TELLERS SPEND EXTRA TIME CHATTING WITH CUSTOMERS ABOUT DAILY LIFE PROBLEMS, WITH LONG LINES OUT THE DOOR. IF YOU WANT A GOOD MODEL CHECK OUT SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION. I HOPE THEY NEVER HIRE YOUR KICKOUTS. Simply the worst bank in the area. Lines out the door, full lobby, only one teller and two bankers in their offices who don't even bother to look at what is happening in the lobby. I walked out and went opened a new account at Suncoast Credit union, just around the corner. So should you if your time is valuable.
