Saw a car I wanted online. I called to check availability and was told it is still available in Homosassa. I drove 40 minutes to be told they sold the car last night but they have other (more expensive) vehicles available. Nice try on the attempted bait and switch tactic.

They told me I got pre approved for a car. I go in and they give me the run around. So they ran my credit 10 times and messed my credit up more then it was when I went in. Little did they know I had cash on me as a down payment and no one wanted to work with me bc I had bad credit. I had three different sales guys in less then an hour. Never will I go in again

Run away as quickly as possible. The worst customer service you will ever receive. Management is clueless and doesn't know anything about the dealership or even the product. Their service department charges for services they do not complete. You'll get better service at a PepBoys.

Went to crystal just to look around and was greeted by a very nice salesman named Sal. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I ended up leaving in my new challenger that I love!! Management was a pleasure to talk to as well, they do not make you feel pressured at all. Overall my expierience at crystal was awesome and I would recomend them to all my friends, family and acquaintances.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED ON A SERVICE STATION. They ignore you until you find some random employee to help you, I have stood by my car and watched them walk by me while I am standing in the service lane you pull up to, and unorganized. If you have an appointment make sure you have time to sit and wait for at least 30 mins to sign your car in + the time you have waited to be helped. I wish we had another dealership close enough where I would drive out of my way to go to that one instead. Not worth wasting time or money there

Service writers are fantastic. They take the time to understand your issue and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Sales staff is knowledgeable, I've never felt pressured or taken advantage of.

Experience was fine until manager came out and acted like we were a welfare case because we have a budget!

Congratulations your pre approved on the car you didn't even want! Was told by a employee that they work with credit and most people drive away in the car they want. Not in this case. What a waste of time. How unperfessional all the employees walking around licking there fingers eating lunch in front of customers.

Went in today to look at the Jeep Compass and started talking with our salesman Tommy and we test drive both compass and Cherokee. We felt more comfortable in the Cherokee. Tommy was very professional, and friendly. He made it easy for us to purchase our 2018 Cherokee.

I've purchased two vehicles here in the last four years. It is a stressful experience, as I am sure it would be anywhere. However my main concern is the idea of a specific service person. I am asked anytime I come in for service who my appointment is with, yet I have never been informed when making the appointment. Further, it implies a service level not meet when the staff says guy, bud, or yeah man.
