Really sad BOA when so many people are fed-up with this particular location for any number of reasons. I went to this location yesterday to receive cash for rolled coins. I was there 2 minutes when a gentleman who was obviously frustrated with how long the line was (extended into their lobby & outside the entrance) , stormed out the door & said to everyone outside, “Good luck with that people!” & left the lot squealing wheels. I too, left after seeing how long I’d have to wait (at least 45 minutes if I chose to stay). This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s time for my wife and I to chose another bank. They won’t be happy when they no longer earn interest on the amount we have invested there over the years. Obviously, management just doesn’t get it or doesn’t care about negative customer feedback ....which is practically every review! BOA, you’ve had plenty of time to address & correct a number of legitimate issues. It’s unfortunate, but sounds like you’ll be reapIng what you sow!

Ryan spent a lot of time helping us. We had made countless phone calls to the Estate department, spent two hours at another branch before coming to see Ryan in Bel Air. Ryan was able to quickly resolve the issue we were having. We were getting pretty frustrated and are grateful for Ryan's help. Thanks again! The Hubbard family on behalf of K. Cole.
Hi Kristin. We apologize for your prior experience. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Ryan was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^susan

My branch in Forest Hill is closed for renovations and no email or mail was sent to customers. I don’t go to this branch unless I need to use safe deposit box. There was message on window to contact to other branch with phone number. I tried more than one hour no response and when I got response branch manager refused help and she was very rude. I have been with BOA for 18 years and level of funds are always pretty above big six figures. I told her I have an emergency but she totally refused. I would not ever use this location for poor service and disrespect. On the other hand I called Platinum services and they arranged two people to come to my bank location after hours at 6pm and go into bank with me and let me use my safe deposite box. Thanks to these two dedicated employees.

Place is joke closing at 4 on fridays!! No BOA in Cecil county. Had fraud reported on my account, called and then they cancel my card and it’s been over a week with no replacement! No access to my money and no card. Absolutely furious with BOA. After 14 years I will be cancelling my account!
Hi John. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and we would like the opportunity to speak with you. The bank was pretty much empty as far as customers in the teller line. I needed to speak with one of the associates that sits at "the desks" to get 2 pieces of paper printed to make a very quick change to my account.. needless to say after 20+ minutes I was never assisted. All of the "desk people" did not have a customer at their desk either. When I went up to a teller to ask how much longer, she said probably 15 minutes or so.. this was after my initial 20 minutes. I gave up and left.

I was in this bank yesterday and witnessed a teller tell a senior citizen who was trying to get statement information on a credit card. " What do you want me to do dial the phone for you" This after the person explained that she does not use online services and could not get anyone on the automated system to help her get a statement. So as I went to deposit a large cash deposit for a commercial account I was asked to give them my social security number. We are a commercial company that deals with BOA all over the world and I confirmed from our AR department that we do not have to furnish a SS number but only a drivers license number. I also disapprove of the way the teller stacked the bills back on the counter in front of a bank full of people and told me she could not help me. The managers of this branch have no control over the poor performance of their employees and refuse to correct their actions. Find another bank...

Everyone hates this bank. It's not the employees but the greedy corporate jerks that closed the other bank in town, and now everyone has to go here, and there's lines out the door, and only two tellers are working at once. It's a joke to force you to use their automated teller machine or do all your banking online. Can't get any good service because nobody uses those stupid machines, so you'll wait fifteen or twenty minutes just to cash a check or pay off your credit card. I'm going to find another bank when I get the chance that doesn't shaft their customers and bankrupt taxpayers with corporate bailout funds after manipulating the economy. Which will probably be an impossible task. Everytime I go there, people are pissed off at just how long the line is. Half the time the line comes out the front door. What a joke.

Saturday morning I came into this center and deposit a large check into my grandfather's estate. They are cluesless on how to deal with large deposit's funds are not avaliable still as I type this review. I live 1 hour away from this bank, its beyond frustrating to have to come in everytime I have a problem. I will no longer go to this location. BTW they do not answer their phone, I plan to call cooperate later. I may close this Estate to Navy Federal.

I just left this branch after attempting to make a small deposit in our baby sitters account and was told they could not take cash. I did so last week at the branch in Ocean City and was not told that was not allowed. I wasted my time and drove 16 total miles out of my way after getting the cash to put in the bank. I am appalled that they did not handle in a more professional manner. I will close my account as well as another. I never heard of a bank that would not take your money!

Bank of America is so disconnected to the community it's unbelievable. Not one of their officers or employees is involved in anything charitable and when asked to give they refuse. Lastly, they had a very convenient location on Main Street but closed it,. B of A isn't interested in the regular ordinary customer. DO NOT BANK HERE!!
