Worst experience with Bank of America. In line for 20 mins wait, only one window open, but other staffs were just talking. I needed help for a wire transfer, and I just asked a simple question as what is the limit of the wire, and she gave a look and said like a million two millions and whatever. I didn’t know that’s how you answered as a customer service. Then I tried to have her to walk me through more details, her attitude was really not so good. I guess I’m not the “rich “ customer she normally met. I completed nothing and left. Horrible and disappointed!

I don’t blame the employees. They’re doing the best they can. I blame management and the corporate “strategy” itself. There is ALWAYS a line of 6-10 customers and it takes 30 minutes to conduct a transaction with a teller. Why? Because there’s usually only ONE teller working. Ever since COVID this bank has excelled in failure. Not only did they close half their branches and all their drive-thrus, but apparently they expect literally one teller to handle a line of 10 people. What a joke. Apparently BOA is too cheap to hire the necessary number of employees. I can’t believe anyone has the patience to still bank with this company…or that anyone has the patience to work for them.

Lot of waiting time to reach a teller. Only one person helping customers while being trained at the same time when > 5 people waiting in line.

Fareeha Masood notarized my documents today and she was so helpful. She helped us out of the way with documents that was going to take much longer time otherwise. She’s a valuable employee in this bank. I’d definitely recommend this branch of BoA to everyone.

Bank of America is getting worse and worse. They never have more than one teller 😡😡😡 I’m thinking on finding a new bank…

Where do I start! I have been a member of Bank of America for over 20 years. I have been to this location on several occasions. Mostly I preferred to use the drive up window. Over the last year the customer service has declined dramatically. There have been countless occasions where I have sat at the drive-up teller window for well over 15 minutes. Mind you, I am the only customer waiting to be helped. While waiting I am noticing the customers inside are being served. I understand that all customers needs need to be met, but not the walk-in customer over the drive up window customer. Every time there is an excuse from the tellers that they are the only staff member. I was happy to notice on my visit today that they’re closing the drive up window. Hoping somebody reads this review from the financial institute to puts more of an emphasis on treating all customers equally. Ending the never waiting game for the drive thru patrons for the time being.

Went to get something notarized. I tried to do a walk-in and understand I would have to wait. I went in at 11 AM, which is 2 hours before closing on Saturday. The wait for a walk-in was an hour... understandable. So I asked to see if I could get a same day appointment. The kind young teller found one 12:30 PM and tried to schedule it for me. Then the supervisor/manager who was standing behind her, loudly whispered to her that she can’t schedule me at that time. No real explanation... and then I was told to go to the UPS to get it done instead.

This location is always closed. They change there hours all the time without notice and even then arent always open when during posted hours. Your better off banking with a online bank... at least you'd know better than to waste your time making a trip and you wouldnt have any fees...ever. If I didnt have a business account I would have changed already. I definitely will as soon as I have time to adjust all my account linked to this one.

The only reason I am giving this center 2 stars, is because the banker that helped me, Bianca, was very kind. I sat at the bank for an hour to be told that although the Power of Attorney I had over my client was sufficient in the past to obtain statements and other account information, TODAY, it was not valid. I needed them to verify funds in an account on two specific days. A Judge in San Antonio requires the filing be made only after verification has happened. After my client gets whatever help he can from Bank of America, I will be advising him to change banks. I'm so very disappointed that Bank of America seems to have little consistency and offer little help any time I need to call on them.
