Update: Not helpful to close a branch for the past year because of covid to then have more people congregate to another branch thus increasing risks from overcrowding the open location! Also had called the toll free number and they had given me the local number and they were not aware of the temp closing. Wasted time. Listing all the things that can be done online is NOT what I was going to the bank for. The overpacked open location only adds stress and puts more people at risk. Original post: Why is the branch still closed? The rest of the world has opened back up. Nothing else is close enough without going through heavy traffic. When calling the main number then they told me to call the local branch, but nobody is working there. Not even a recorded message. Other locations are working it double and wait times are longer since this location has still not opened back up. This continued inconvenience also adds to covid risk, by packing more customers in just one space. Considering travel time and additional wait time from the overloaded branch, I spent almost two hours on something that I could have finished in 1/2 an hour. That's subpar treatment of BoA customers. My prior mortgage was BoA but now have taken out my mortgage elsewhere when purchasing my recent home. What next?

Had an issue with a chip card gone bad. Card was replaced, but a $5 fee was taken from my account, without warning. I called the bank, spoke with Kevin and he was able to put the $5 back in my account and did say this should have been explained to me. Quick, favorable resolution - was pleased with how smooth this issue was solved.

Never more than one bank teller available. Gentleman at the bank said if I could open another window i would have done it at 8am. Being a bank teller is the most basic position at a bank you mean to tell me all the other people that are floating around in the office is not doing anything knows how to run a till. The branch manager Should be be there helping if necessary. Never have I ever used this bank for personal use the only reason why I have to come it's cause my company uses this sorry Institution. I am forced to go here.

Bank teller was rude. I brought in coins to deposit to my account and she tells me that they need to be rolled in order to deposit when there is a sign literally right in front of her and of me saying that it's not required until February 1st of 2019? She quickly counts them and then hands me cash after I stated that I needed to deposit. Already wasted a lot of time being here so just took the cash and went to the atm. Never had an issue with any BofA, will not be coming back to this location.

Inexperienced staff who kept insisting they knew what they were doing. I asked for assistance sending money from a BOA account at this location to another BOA account at Bank Of America, Aviano Air Base Area 1. After literally an hour of back-and-forth with the staff, the staff failing to find the branch in their system, they decided to charge me for a wire transfer (even though BOA-BOA transfers should be free). Another 30 minutes of them trying to find the right routing numbers to route to themselves (what on earth!?) and they did, in fact, manage to get the money go to through by charging me $30 for a service that should be free. Not the customer experience I'm expecting, but at least they got the job done ... I guess? Next time I'll just pay for Western Union.

The banker Tierra Was very helpful and professional. She assisted me with opening up a new account, and put me at ease with coming with the company. Thank you for all your assistance Tierra. I look forward to coming back to this location from here on out just so she’s able to assist me!!

Worst banking center I have ever had to deal with. Very rude and unprofessional staff, from managers to account representatives. I have honestly considered moving my accounts to another bank just because of how bad I have been treated at this location. I will be filing a corporate complaint, and escalating as high as possible until something is done about this.

Ruuuudddeee staff here! Very. Only came to this location as a nonaccounrt holder to deposit a check into an account. Heard a representative being very snide with a customer who needed her check cashed. It was a BofA refund check that was issued from a school institution so naturally the customer brought it to BofA to cash it. The male representative that declined to cash it due to "verification issues" was very short with the customer who simply could not understand since the check was from and for BofA. Oh yeah, wanna know how I know all of this? Because the rep stood out in the lobby and addressed the customer versus taking her into his office for a personal conference. Very unprofessional.

One bank teller. Waited 46 minutes in line, on a Friday (inside) and was never once greeted, apologized to or given an explanation as to why there was only one teller or such a long delay. Terrible management failure and customer service experience.

This location is the DEVIL 😈 each time I've ever been here they give me a hard time. I'll leave and go to another location and they help me with no problem, no questions. At first I thought they were descriminating but I found out they're just giving customers a hard time. Save time and go somewhere else!!!
