    My fiancé went there to withdraw money he got from his taxes. The teller gave him his money let him leave, then she went to his car pounded on the window said something about checking his ID something that should have been done to begin with. He complied because he was not doing anything wrong then all of a sudden our account is -888,832 dollars because of a mysterious hold. He called the cops and got banned I went up there an hour later in a completely different vehicle and was told I’m banned because I was there with him. His car a white Mazda Tribute, mine a white Kia Soul. But I guess to basic B*tches they saw a white SUV and assumed they were the same. They are very unprofessional and due to all the hoops I jumped through the people on the phone told me it is the teller’s fault we can’t have our money for 24-48 hours. I’ve banked with BOA for years never again.

    Very unprofessional to interrogate me and my wife for depositing “a suspiciously large amount of money.” Yes, some young people work hard and are financially literate. Definitely considering cancelling all of my B of A accounts, this was very insulting.

    Incompetent management.....unapproachable. Unwilling to listen to what the customer has to say. People in management positions should be people oriented...sets a bad example for other employees.

    tldr; staff at this location are great to work with in person - they do walk ins. Good luck trying to call or schedule appts - everyone is 'too busy' to pick up the phone. The cons are that you can never get a hold of any employee by phone, I tried calling to schedule for an appointment 3 consecutive days and each time I was told by the phone operator/robot guy "All employers are currently assisting others" and recommends you to schedule it through website or app, and then it disconnects automatically. Tried the website AND the phone app to schedule an appointment multiple times, and no luck there either - "Please try again later... We're currently experiencing system difficulties". I know these are not local branch issues, but Bank of America as a company, but it definitely affects the customer service and access to this branch. I ended up just walking in instead of attempting to arrange an appointment. A major pro to this bank is that the staff/employees are very friendly and helpful - at least in person. This is one of the banks that are still open/full service (as of Nov 18 2020), I had Stephen help me with a notarization for a form - I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. He was very nice and double checked everything to make sure things were correct which I appreciate.

    EDIT TO RESPONSE: As a customer, addressing the problem of being short staffed by pointing people to automated means highlights a lack of concern for those you claim to serve. Can I obtain a Cashier's Check via the app or a kiosk? Bank of America doesn't care about its customers. About 8 people in line and a single teller, no drive through. This company profited nearly $18 BILLION in 2020 and can't hire more tellers.

    This location is one of my favorite Bank of Americas. All the bank representatives are very professional and take care of their customers very well. Personally, we came to open new accounts, and Sarah helped us through the process really quickly and accurately.     This used to be a great bank. You should never be unprofessional to your clients. Your hours of operation are horrible. Then you have no drive thru banking. You make people stand outside for an hour waiting to get in. We will be changing very soon to a different bank. Very disappointing.
