    I'm very disappointed, because that local where I can only access nearby due to my disabilities (Wheelchair) I do not understand why this does not tell me that closed and now I cannot access to the ATM!!!

    I have been calling this location for hours now and the phone has never even been answerd. I go through the options from the automated directory and when i push 4 to speak to a bank of america representative the phone rings mabey 15 or 20 times and says everybody is busy. It dosent give you a option to stay on the line while it keeps ringing untill a employee answers it. This makes no sense and all it dose is creat stress in a time when the world is allready stressed. Looks like i wont get my question answerd because this is not the first and only local bank of america ive tryed contacting today. Im not getting a answer from any bank of america i call. They cant all be so busy at the same time someone cant take 2 minutes to answer a simple question i cant find the answer to on bank of americas web site. I wouldnt even give this company 1 star if i had the option to give them a zero star rating. Better yet it would be nice if i coug ive a negative star rating. Lol. BANK OF AMERICA GETS A TOTAL RATING OF -2.5 of of a possible positive 5 star max rating. Too funny! Only a -2.5! Ha! Negative 2.5 is sad bank of america. Step you customer service up. -2.5* rating! ; (

    I like this branch. So much better then the one on the Golden mile. I refuse to go that one.. I am very upset they are temporarily closed.

    I've been with them for 16 years, had some fraudulent charges bak in July didn't like the way they handled it. Customer service is terrible. There not about the customer at all. Now I'm switching banks.

    I am commenting on service I got today. I ordered euros on Saturday and it came in yesterday and I got a phone call saying it was ready to pick up. So today I went and picked it up. However the man who assisted me in this had a pretentious tone. He did not say hello he said “what do you need?” I told him I was here to pick up euros and he asked my name and went and got them. He asked me for my drivers license, with this tone of voice and body language that had no friendliness. I give them my drivers license he said this is not for you. I explained that the other name on the account he is seeing is my mothers. He then continued to ask me “are you on the account?“ I said of course I’ve been banking here for over 11 years. What grown person would come into a bank and ask to pick up money from an account that their name wasn’t on it? He also said well I’m sorry I’ve never seen you before. I was just thinking to myself, clearly you’re treating me like I’m a complete stranger, and a suspicious one at that. Of course I gave them all the information he wanted to get my money. But I did not appreciate his demeanor.

    This location is always randomly closed in the middle of the day. Total fail. Do better for your customers.

    One of the better BOA branches. I get in and out in a timely manner which is what I want most out of my visit and the staff is very friendly. My only issue is the lack of available parking.

    Don't try calling in to your local branch. You will just get their call center and be transferred around multiple times to idiot's who can't answer basic questions about your account.
