Belinda provided poor customer service. I reported fraud on my account Thursday, and the scammer hacked my account this morning. Belinda asked me, did I owe the company that was hacking my account. She did not resolve my issues at all. I drove to another Bank of America near Willowbrook, and received the best customer service. Also, Belinda stated, she couldn’t make me another checking account because it is the weekend. I would have to wait till Monday. While, someone was repeatedly hacking my account. I have been with Bank of America since 2011.I will be leaving. Especially, if you treat your customer this way. The location is 22617 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball, TX 77375

Lobby manager name: Roger. Unprofessional, unfriendly. Roger have a little knowledge of the bank policy. Used his power as the lobby manager to refuse the customer requests. No customer experience. Waiting time is long. Other people unwilling to assist the customers even though they sitting play with the phone. You have to wait the line until your turn. These people here just collecting the paycheck.

Very unfortunate that I cannot give a 0 star rating. The manager running this ‘branch’ is far from a ‘manager’ and more of a dictator. I have never in my years of existence seen a man with such a big ego who treats employees so badly. Whomever oversees this area needs to reconsider if Mr. Daniel (Hoping that is his name, from the business card it seems to be him) is a good fit for this company. I witnessed a teller asking her own manager for help, for him to turn her away because he was ‘busy’. They kept ringing a bell and he kept huffing and puffing, cursing under his own breath, hitting the key board extremely load but had no problem texting people and taking phone calls on his personal cell phone in a office. Continuously holding the ‘one minute’ finger gesture. Not sure if that is allowed but I wouldn’t think so? All while the line is to the door and the teller is being YELLED at by a customer. I will not sit in a lobby and watch a ‘manager’ treat his employees in such a way, directly or indirectly. You have an older teller, in tears because of this man! That is why all accounts will be closed with Bank of America and a mortgage refinanced elsewhere. Can he not handle women? Maybe it was a bad day? But this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such VILE behavior from this ‘manager’. I’ve called the 800 number prior to discuss his attitude but his attitude has yet to change. To top it off, every time I am speaking with a banker (which you have great staff, very sad that prior staff isn’t there any longer), they always tell me that I can only score a ‘9 or 10’ on my survey that is emailed to me. What is the purpose of this survey if I am being coached by your own employees to give them a good grade when I’ve had nothing but bad times because of the manager? And why Do I keep having appointment reminders when I’ve never set appointments? Mr. Daniel has yet to figure out the ‘system error’, but states it’s a company wide problem. When I call the 800 #, they state that they are not aware of such issue. Is this Wells Fargo?

This location and bank are awful!! They are under staffed and rude. I’ve tried twice to go in there to cancel all of my accounts with them. Horrible company, horrible customer service.

I have always had a positive experience here and my needs are generally taken care of pretty quickly. They have bilingual staff. You get serviced in a relatively quick time. But everyone is different. This is a good location because it is staffed to its customer flow. I don't think I have ever waited longer then 10 minutes.

I have been a BofA customer over 30 years and a customer of this location for the past 5 years. The management and team are outstanding. They have gone above providing patience and professional assistance during this past year of Covid-19 craziness. Thank you all!

I will put 0 star if I can for this loction. This location ATM is one of the worse ATM in the area. The previous month when I came to cash out my money, the ATM on the right side said cash out complete but without pulling out my money. I did not know what happen, and I tried to sign a few time to check again. On my bank app said the ATM already withdraw, but it did not give me money, then there was a security guy with an IT guy pulling up behind my car. They asked me to leave the driveway so the IT guy can fix the ATM. I told them what happened and also asked them why the machine was malfunction but why nobody places a warning sign about the ATM was broken. They said they couldn't do anything about it, and they keep asking me to leave the lane with the attitude; I was like what in the world why the Bank of America hiring or contract with these type of irresponsible employee to work for their bank?. They did not do their job right. They did not put any warning sign on the lane said about the ATM situation, and they waste the customer time because of their mistake. I had to sit in the car, waiting in the line like nearly 3 hours to report the problem to the Bank of America support, they did give me back a temporary credit to cover back the amount that the ATM didn't give me. They said they would investigate my problem, and after 1 month, the bank sent me a mail that the investigation is now over. I thought everything is over...BUT NO. On July 27, I got the notification from the bank said that they took back the coverage of money they gave me, which was supposed to be my money because of the ATM of this location did not cash out my money. I was confused and tried to contact back to the bank but I could not because it was on Saturday, so I have to wait until today to call back, and the employee who is on the phone with me said that the investigation is over and they could not find any evidence on the camera. I asked them did the support team watch the ATM camera instead of CCTV camera?. The lady said the support team made the decision and there is nothing she can do. I asked for her manager to ask for more questions, but the lady was refused to let me talk to her manager. I asked her why did you not let me speak to your manager, and she said the investigation is from the different department and there is nothing that neither her or her manager could do. I told her I still want to talk to her manager but she still not let me so I hung up. My frustration is about to explode because of these irresponsible employees from Bank of America and this is happening more than 3 times . As a long term customer over 5 years, this is one of the moment I really want to stop using Bank of America because of the irresponsible from the actual bank employees and support team.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Been to this location maybe 4-5 times and each time I have had a problem whether it be cashing a check or withdrawing funds from the multiple accounts I have with BOA. The clerks are just DUMB Thank god they have teller assist atms to make up for the stupid people they have working there. Hate that I have to give this one star this place doesn’t deserve even that. DO SOMETHING MANAGMENT hire people to make banking easier not these old people that can’t use there own brains to make the customers request easy.

    1. I was with BBVA Compass for 16 years and made the move to BOA for the Cash rewards card benefits. I opened up a few accounts including a cash reward card and was told I would get $200 for applying and spending a certain amount in 90 days. I exceeded that amount by a few grand. When I did not get the points I called the customer service number and they stated the branch did not have that promotion and that my account does not have that promotion available. 2. Any time I call the branch they never answer. I mean NEVER..... I'm switching back to BBVA Compass.

Sandura is rude!! She doesn’t greet you or thank you! I even said good morning to her and she didn’t reply! Common courtesy goes along way. Maybe she shouldn’t be a teller if she doesn’t want to interact with customers or clients!!
