    My car was inspected and received routine maintenance in record time with a car wash included. I have never had bad service at Fred Haas. The Service Dept found a chip in my windshield during a routine multipoint inspection. They had a glass technician on site and, after getting approval from my insurance company, they repaired it while I waited. They saved me the cost of replacing the entire windshield had I waited and the chip then cracked and spread. Thank you very much!

    There is much room for improvement. How about not charging for services that weren't done? How about keeping your promise rather than just repeatedly apologizing? How about remembering that service is important and getting a customer back to their routine, life, family is critical to success? In the time we've had our Nissan serviced at Fred Haas, we've waited more hours for simple service than I can count. We've been told that warranty repair work would need to be ordered, would take days to repair, etc on simple items (gluing a defrost contact on). We were charged for an alignment as part of the "best" package that your service guy didn't recommend, and took an extra FULL day to align it while we wait to leave on vacation after being told it would be done 'first thing', and then you had the nerve to try to charge us again. We've had a lack of communication, service advisors who lie or are clueless, and outright rude. The service experience is more than the work itself, we have been disappointed and frustrated with Fred Haas Nissan. One star because it won't permit zero.

    We went to Fred Hass Nissan not really knowing what car I wanted. We first arrived and was greeted by Bernard Kouyikou who was very knowledgeable at all the cars on the lot. We test drove 2 cars, the versa and the kick and ultimately picked the versa. Bernard answered all of our questions and was VERY patient with us. We appreciate his help and look forward to working with him again in the future whenever we are in the market again.

    I had a really great experience buying my new Pathfinder. The last time I bought a new car was in 2004 so it's not my favorite thing to do. Marcos was my Sales guy and he was great. The follow-up has also been great. Not something I was expecting but pleasantly surprised. I have to take my new baby in for a scratch we missed at time of purchase so I'll post an "after the service" comment later.

    I had the the pleasure of dealing with Austin Threadgill when I purchased my new vehicle last weekend. I was pleasantly surprised about his knowledge of the brand and all the benefits my new car possessed that he educated me on at the dealership.
