Unbelievably bad service. Wait time for basic services (deposit, withdrawal) is 30-40 minutes… It’s worth driving few more minutes to a different location, rather than facing such incompetence at this location.

Went to this location two days in a row to get a cashiers check. The first day I was told by the teller that I could not access the funds in my account due to a processing hold, yet I am still able to use the account for purchases and withdrawals (go figure). On the second day I walked in and there was no one behind the counter. The teller and the manager then emerged from the vault about 10 minutes later to then go behind another locked door and kept a line of customers waiting without even addressing us. Poor customer service and poor management. I would recommend going to another branch location.

I love this location ! Radhika makes each customer feel special and she, unlike other BOA tellers, keeps your financial requests private. Most locations shout or ask the reason for your visit loudly across the branch; she on the other hand is polite and professional. Love visiting her. Being closed right now is fine, but I expect a fully functional ATM as a minimum requirement. BOA is not a discount bank.

Manager didn't feel like getting change because teller was out to lunch. Told me to come back later just so she wouldn't have to do it herself

At this Bank I felt very discriminated against upon walking in there was two white ladies who simply said hello following me walking in there was three more individuals that walked in that were white and older they offered them cookies ask them how their day was going and begin to advertise services of buying a home now remind you I simply got a hello it's a shame you have to look a certain way for them to advertise their services to you I guess the color of my skin doesn't equate to me wanting to be a homeowner one of the ladies name was Kelly I guess she was a realtor the other young lady name I don't know but she was a older white woman with glasses...i tried c alling the bank several times to speak to bank manager Jarhonda but no answer...shame on u BOA for discriminating against blacks

I wait so long every time I come here. The customer service is horrendous. And only ever 1 person working behind counter.. guys.. get it together - worst BOA Needs new management And new employees
