    Would not recommend this location. This was my first experience with grow and would be my last if not for my bp wanted to do grow and we aren’t able to do suncoast. We had been trying to get together here for awhile and when we finally got in they said some things that weren’t true which they eventually backpedaled on and just said their manager was out on lunch (at 4pm?) and that we should have made an appointment (among all the other random stuff they said we needed then backpeddled on). Overall did not feel they wanted our business. Plenty of staff but no one wanted to do any work. Big waste of time going to this location. Hopefully others are better. Would recommend closing or reviewing staffing for this location as it’s right by other branches anyways.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a bank. I wanted to open a new bank account and they took 1 hour to call me. I left my driver’s license with the banker because I decided not to bank with them because she couldn’t answer any of my questions about the bank. I came back a couple days later and she informed me that they threw it away. The representative never tried to contact me or anything. I got a lawyer involved.

    I have been a member/customer since 1995. I a have always been dealt with professionally and quickly. Find them very customer friendly especially if you always use the same few branches.

    I love banking with a smaller credit union. Everyone is so friendly and it's personal. Everything I did got lost within the system when I banked at Chase. I know that would never happen at Grow. They also have incredible member perks!

    I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this financial institution . Every agent I come across is very kind and extremely helpful. Especially, Kristen Vinson! Kristen is extremely professional and she is very sweet. On top of that she is a great listener, plus she takes her time in a proficient manner to provide you the ultimate banking experience. I highly recommend this location among the rest!

    I have never had a bad experience here. Super friendly staff, very nice lounge area (since they remodeled) with free Keurig coffee and bottled waters, and the place never seems to be too busy.Credit Unions are the way to go! Ditch your big bank and save money. **I would have never thought to leave a review for a bank since they all seem pretty standard, but I saw the crappy reviews and felt obliged to report that Grow is NOT a bad place to bank! I got an auto loan here, a savings account, and a checking account and all the online management is easy to use and so is their app on my iPhone.

    I agree with Christian Martinez's review below. Great staff, courteous and go out of there way to make sure I always have a positive experience! Disappointing that after over 35 years at Grow I no longer have an ATM card. I have zero interest in a debit card.....I need an ATM only card. Also disappointing that Grow charges a fee to cash Grow checks for parties that do not have a Grow Acct.
