    I visited today to cash a check. I’m a customer with an account with BofA . I had a check that was drawn on Bank of America so therefore I came in to cash the check at Bank of America. I questioned whether the check had the funds to cover so I took it into the bank. When I got there there was a line I waited in. I was interrogated while in line. I did not appreciate being questioned as to why I was there. What happened to privacy? I don’t want everybody in Bank of America to know while I’m there. Then when I responded that I wanted to cash a check, the person asked to see the check. Why do you need to see my check? She responded to verify something or other. First of all do you think I was standing his line if I didn’t necessarily have to, I could’ve easily done a mobile deposit. But for you to ask me to see the check it’s none of your business. I didn’t appreciate any of it. She said she was only trying to save me time. But unless you were going to cash my check yourself or skip the line and take me to the front you’re not saving me any time. Why I’m there is none of your business. If I needed your help I would have asked.

    Most of my baking is done online or through the ATM. What I don’t understand is why is it every time I go 2 of the 4 ATM’s are down? Also, why are they not able to give out 5 dollar bills anymore. That is so inconvenient!

    Hands down one of the WORST banks ive ever had the unfortunate opportunity to step foot in. There isnt a day where the lines aren’t ridiculously long. Whether its extremely cold outside, or pouring down heavy rainfall : you can expect a like outside. The only time there wasnt a line outside , was when another person was managing but that only lasted about a week. This is extremely disappointing and I hope after years of customer complaints something changes.

    This is the worst BOA ever. No matter what time you enter the bank there is a line to the door. It always takes me 45 minutes to receive service for a 2 minute transaction

    Friday and only one teller working. Only 2 people inside in line and make the rest of the people (about 8 customers) wait outside in the rain like a bunch of animals. Waited 15min out in the rain and the line didn't even move. Terrible terrible Terrible customer service! They also have a laughable security guard who thinks he is a drill Sargent directing all the animals. Dont go to this bank! Then they respond with what you read below and no real solution or apology. You can't get a Cashiers check online or at the ATM. You must wait outside in line with the other animals while drill Sargeant tells everyone what to do. Again, VERY, VERY, VERY poorly managed Bank!

    Security guard is doing an awesome job at directing clients, he’s asking people to have their documents ready and he is lining up people where they need to be. I was placed with Desiree to help me take care of something quick on my account, right next to us, a client who seemed to be experiencing a tough time was speaking to a banker in the lobby. Believed his name was Nick. They didn’t seem to understand each other , client became upset, Nick literally called this client “Man” he said “ I’ve already told you what you needed Man!” In such a disrespectful tone. I couldn’t believe my ears. The client has a name, his name is not “Man” Desiree instead of excusing her self from me to try to help that situation, just looked at the me and said “ we can’t please them all” i will not be returning to this location. I will drive 25 minutes to a location who actually treats their clients with respect.

    I don’t know who manages this bank, but you seriously need to take a look at the complainants of your customers…judging by the comments everyone seems to have similar issues with this location. Your lines are long, you’re very understaffed, and your tellers are rude…that’s a recipe for disaster, and if you truly care about this community and the people that patronize this location, you should put these issues on your high priority list. To have one person working and 10 people waiting is just awful….you really have to do better and the people feel as though you don’t care because it’s always like this so ultimately the customers suffer…it’s not right and enough is enough.

    March 18, 21, my wife was in need of a cashiers check. The initial contact was made Ms. Desire and the Security Person. Both were overly polite and showed much professionalism and should be recognized for such. In addition, the individual (can't recall her name) that actually helped secure the check was more than exceptional. Our Baytown Location NEVER goes above & beyond with their service & we have been there for over 30 years.
