    Nice people but you are wasting your time trying to accomplish anything that will stick by the next time you go. My mother gets bank statements addressed to my father who died in 2009 (she brought them the death certificate in 2010). My two sisters and I went with my mother in 2010 to get our names put on the safe deposit record, and remove my father. Took about an hour but it was worth it for the future. My mother and I went to the branch today to get my father's name off the bank account ("Gosh, we don't know why that is still on there") and get something out of the safe deposit box. Whose names were on the account? My mother, my late father, but not my sisters or I ("Gosh, we don't know why the hour you spent getting the record straight before didn't do anything. We need the three of you (who all live far away) to come back in and we will steal another hour of your time.") Nice people. But if it's important, and what in banking isn't, you should look elsewhere.

    MIGHT AS WELL SAY IT'S PERMENTLY CLOSED.. My father is needing paperwork out of his safety deposit box but because the bank is closed & none of the other branches answer their phone, since covid started. I will have to get his lawyer involved or.......

    I do business based on my word to people. I opened an account and deposited from an account I have at a different bank. They told me the money would be held until the check cleared and gave me a printout of funds availability. When I arrived on the day the funds were to be available I was turned away with the excuse that my funds would not be available for several more days. I could plainly see the funds had already cleared my other bank several days before but they refused to honor the original hold date of the hold. I can't do business like this. I am a man of my word and when I am not able to keep my word because someone misrepresents something to me, then there is no point in ever doing business with them again

    Absolutely terrible customer service. My 4 year old had cut up two $20 bills essentially in half but I still had 80-90% of each and the serial number was clearly identified. I called CenterState Bank who I have an account with and they politely said they needed 100% of the bill. I called Bank of America who I also have an account with and they asked me what percentage of each bill did I have and when I said 80% they told me “Yes” and to come in and they would switch it out. I get there and the tellers were nice enough but when they called the manager over he dismissively tells me “they don’t handle multilated currency” and then hands me a sheet about the department of engraving that I needed to send it to (which I already knew about). No apology, no remorse, no explanation, no accountability, no attempt to make it right, about me being given incorrect information. When I lamented about the value of my time and them wasting it by giving me the wrong information the manager SMIRKED at me and WALKED AWAY without another word. Unreal. I’ll be closing my account with BoA.

    The staff and tellers are very helpful and courteous. This is a very busy bank but they do get to you to help with your needs. When problems or questions arise there Officer's will sit with you until all your questions or problems are solved. Thank you Bank of America and Associates.

    If there was the option to have zero "0" stars that's what I would have given this bank. Twice already that my husband and I have had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I've been here no more than 5 times. No problem with the tellers when doing a simple deposit but when we needed to talk one on one with someone poor service. For more we got there 35 mins before closing but had to wait till they finished with a client. By the time it was our turn they only had about 5-7 mins till close. When we told the lady what we needed she kept saying that they are closing now with each sentence that came out of her mouth. Even when making a short call to their legal dept. or who ever it was that she called to ask a question she flat out said I just need to ask a question since we are closing the customer( meaning the hubby and me) will need to call and make an appointment. I was livid but I don't like making a scene so once she finished I got up and left. And yes I did call the 800 # to report this and guess what after all that all she needed to do was to give me a form that Bank of America needed to and copies of the paper work that I had which she clearly read and had in her hand when asking her question over the phone. POOR SERVICE ;NEVER AGAIN GOING TO THIS BRANCH ; PPL HERE NEED TO LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY IS; IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GO FIND ANOTHER ;

    I switched from Wells Fargo to BOA, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!’ Takes forever to be helped, Takes weeks for my paycheck to go through when I have the money to cover it. I can’t count the number of inconsistencies I have experienced. Terrible

    My card was locked, went into the branch and the "banker" called the same 1-800 number I had. After 45 minutes, she came back and said "it was busy" and i should continue to wait in the lobby for her to call. She was useless and should be removed from her position immediately. I would never, ever go back to this branch.

    Always ... Always delayed in drive thru. Plus the commercial window has been broken for months with ridiculous interior traffic flow system used as a blockade. This institution certainly makes plenty of money and can afford to clean up the tacky broken outdated drive thru.
