Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Grand Ave, Baldwin

This is the worse branch ever!!! They make you wait for over an hour each time and the main man that works the front has an attitude problem all the time!! I would never go into that branch again!!!! I waited for over an hour for them to tell me to call customer service !!!! I’m about to remove all of my as counts from Bank of America!!!! Terrible customer service all the time and not enough workers !!!!!

Need to ask a question about travel overseas and no pick up the phone. For some reason it is always something.

Cashier was very rude and nasty! I spoke to a customer representative last night and went here today and it was the opposite. Instead of explaining it to me the right way, whoever this female was today this morning (yes I'm hoping she sees this too) did the complete opposite. In which her tone and personality was rude. She made it seem, that she was talking to a two year old and very disrespectful. I would recommend to stay away or just go to freeport. At least there more friendly, should've never went here in the first place either, my lesson is learned.

Bank itself is fine. If you want to use the drive-thru atm on a Friday tho... you'd have better odds of getting the ice cream you ordered at McDonalds. 4 inch thick bullet proof glass around the tellers serves as a good reminder how "Beautiful" Baldwin really is.

The Male teller I'm not sure of his name hes probably like 20 something is the nicest teller he Is so nice and remembers you which is nice the manager is ok he acts like hes above everyone and. Ot very personable AT ALL I'm not sure how hes still there but the teller is the reason why still go here

One of the worst BOA branch in Long Island at all levels. Just to make a deposit: Slow moving lines; the customer has become a personal nuisance if he/she comes during the hours of 11am or 12 pm (one offering reason " you've come during lunch time...") Those similar attitudes were given in BOA Freeport, in BOA Grand Ave Baldwin, so far as BOA Levitttown... I was also at BOA Levittown just today around 1130am being forced by the woman standing as a doorwoman forcing me to use the outside ATM to make my deposit; I refused. So, being unable to proceed with those arrogant BOA branches in LI, I'm just contemplating closing for good.

There is a young male teller he is amazing always remembers me when I come I come at least 3 times a week I like when hes there because its nice that they remember you the tall male manager there had a major attitude problem

the tellers take so long to do window transactions i go to oceanside automated teller is faster than real people

I dont like the service I when there and ask for some change and cashier tell me I will be charge for ,and I when to another location and their give me the change without charge I never come back to this location bad bad service.
