Terrible, rude, and non-customer centric service in every imaginable way. At first I thought maybe I was feeling grumpy today when I encountered employees (and management) at this branch so I checked their reviews on both Yelp and Google as I was leaving. Nope, it apparently is not me. It’s them. Read the reviews for yourself. If you have a choice in banking, then why subject yourself to this torture and unprofessional behavior? And why doesn’t BofA corporate do something about management to turn this situation around? You can’t have this many (recent) poor reviews and not realize there’s a serious problem.

I pay more to have an account at BofA the. I would other banks. I do it for the convenience. Well they took away one of the things that made it convenient. Affinity cards are no more- all my cards are this hideous red and I’m constantly having to spread them out to find which is which. And when I’m in a rush I sometimes use the wrong one. And when I called trying to get my cards to look the same as my previous ones I spent almost 2 months calling and waiting for a replacement. I even stopped by the location once but after waiting and not seeing anyone I had to leave to be on time for something else. Then someone finally told me they didn’t exist anymore. I’m tired of people charging more and offering less and less.

Closes at 4pm. Sign still says 6pm. Also says they are open Saturday and they are not. Covid hours are not acceptable anymore. #bankofamerica please change your hours back to 6pm and open Saturdays! When you visit this branch it so busy that you need to plan for 30min. I was there today and line did not move...went to San Juan Capo branch and was fast and easy.

This bank is by far the worst. The associates are like vultures waiting at the door entrance trying to persuade you not to go to the teller and deposit via ATM. I declined once and the female teller sarcastically told the other associate, I was traumatized depositing through the atm. I just said I had a bad experience. Very strange on the paraphrasing. There were numerous instances where the female associates are plain rude. I remember one long brunette with tacky contacts and heavy heavy foundation lady waved a bank slip to get me out of line but, let someone whom she greeted warmly make a deposit without filling out a deposit slip. That's fine. I moved accounts as a platinum account holder. BofA is closing branches, I hope this one does. I rather have another Starbucks than this place. In general, BofA has the worst rating compared to other banks, fortunately there's US Bank and Chase within a mile or so.

Embarrassing bank. They close at 4pm to save people from getting COVID. Most people work during these hours. Also they won’t accept rolled coins unless it’s less than 6 because “they don’t have the room”. I thought we were in a coin shortage? I’m a District Manager and have transitioned 6 stores away from Bank of America. The only reason this store used Bank of America is because of location. Next time I open up a store, will pay employee mileage to go to Chase Bank instead. Chase doesn’t make you wait 45 minutes to make a simple business deposit. Chase accepts business deposits. Chase doesn’t close at 4pm. Joke of a bank and I would be embarrassed to work there and enforce their policies. The only reason they are still around is because government benefits are handled through Bank of America. Maybe the government should transition to Chase too so this joke of a bank can go away and allow for a real bank to move in.

I wish I could give zero stars. ITS NOT just this location. It's the entire BOA cartel that is the problem. Too many illegal practices to list, including, placing Fictitious HOLDS on checks. Fraudulent and excessive fees that they force on you because they steal your money long enough to earn interest on it. I deposited a check on the 5th via image it hit my account on the 7th I was told there would be ahold placed on it until the 11th and then I was told a place would be held further hold would be placed until the 16th yet I have an image from the account the check was drawn on that it was cashed on Monday the 7th so they're basically holding my money illegally claiming they don't know where the funds are

This location has just awful customer service. They close at 4pm????? What a joke. That's not even old school bankers hours. I tried waking in right at 4, not knowing it was there closing time, to do a simple deposit of a rent check, and the manger snatched the door from the inside, out of my hands and yelled "We're closed!" I'm not even a regular customer, just do 1 deposit a month into someone's account...at this point I'd never be an actual account holder of Bank of America.

Had to get a Cashier’s check made. The teller was very helpful and accommodating. Very happy with the service.
Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

This bank is the worst! They can't change out a $20 bill for singles without doing a background check on their customers. Really???!! Can't their tellers count without using a computer/calculator. Just the dumbest group of employees I've encountered. Customer service is non-existent. This is not my first bad experience here. So I went to Wells Fargo where they handled my change request quickly, accurately and with a smile. I was in and out in a matter of seconds without swiping card, entering my PIN or waiting for a nit wit teller to have to type the denominations into a computer screen because B of A can't trust their employees with the simple task of counting money. YOU'RE A BANK and that's what bank employees SHOULD be able to do.

Not sure how the inside staff is, but it is rather inconvenient that your ATM's are consistently out of service. I would recommend that you invest time in fixing them as your clients who entrust you with their business should have a convenient experience when withdrawing or depositing money . There are other options after all.
