CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I have been banking with this institution for a little over 3 years now and have had my employer direct deposit my checks straight into my account with no issues EVER...until today! I went to my local Chase Bank here in RSM and it was thee final straw that broke the camels back so to speak. I AM DONE w Chase forever. They would not even allow me have $20 back from a check that is just under $3,000. I have a history with them, I am in great standing, have had my employer direct depot my checks for years and I cant even get $20 while the rest of the funds are verified or on hold till it hits my account tomorrow or Monday the following business day. My own bank instead of giving me $20 of my own hard earned money advised me to maybe go to Bank of America where they would charge a $10 fee to cash my own check. It blew me away that they instead of giving me $20 of my own money, not on a loan obviously, they would send me to their biggest competitor to do my banking business!? Insane!!! I am writing this just put it out there incase anyone in my shoes decides to go to Chase bank here in RSM only to find out the institution you have had a relationship with for years is gonna turn you around and suggest you go else where. CHASE BANK yes they are good if you are getting back on your feet and you need to open an account so you live in the year 2022 however it comes at hefty cost. YOUR TIME, YOUR ENERGY, YOUR EMOTION, etc...you will pay Chase with that form of currency. ALL IN ALL...if you can....go anywhere BUT Chase, please!

My accounts have been here since this branch became Chase bank. I recently attempted to open a business checking account with a debit card and a business credit card. I opened my account almost 4 weeks ago and I still have no debit card! They are sending me the 4th one!! As for the credit card I just received it today 23 days later and when I went to use it declined! So I here I go to call and try to figure out why this card doesn't work!! I don't recommend this bank!

We tried opening an account at this branch. They made a mistake on our new debit card...okay, that happens. We are all human. Then a SECOND mistake on the same debit card. Okay, they should be embarrassed, but again...I just want my new account. After FOUR sequential failures to get a debit card right, we closed our account and gave up. Let me repeat, FOUR failures to make an accurate debit card. That should be humiliating to a global bank. I'd go elsewhere.

I have been a Chase customer for years, but this particular branch is HORRIBLY run! Unfortunately it's the closest one to my home, but it's worth driving 20 minutes as if you go to this branch you will wait one hour to see someone anyway. You can hear them on personal calls in their office doesn't matter. You can sit in the lobby and wait till hell freezes over. Horrible horrible customer service. It's been the same for the past three years that I have been going in there.

I'm surprised this location has even a 2 star review. Rude Private Client Banking. Will take my money elsewhere. The Private Client representative had the WRONG account number on the checks they printed and right, try to get that fixed. No help, and they printed the checks when the account was opened.

I only had 2 minutes to make a deposit and meet some movers right after I was finished. I went to the drive up ATM. It was out of order. I went parked and went inside the bank to use the indoor ATM (there is only 1). I got there at the same time a customer was about to use that ATM after a Chase employee pulled her out of line to show her how to deposit cash and checks in the ATM. The employee (a woman with half of her hair shaved off) said she (and the customer) would use the ATM first and "be quick". I saw the 2+ inch thick envelope with checks and cash. I KNEW it COULDN'T be quick. I was right! Exactly 20 MINUTES LATER I was still standing there waiting to use the ATM! It was INCREDIBLE. When I was finally up, I completed my transaction in less than 1 minute! I still can't believe I was told they would go first and "be quick". Another incident with this Chase branch occurred a few weeks ago when my sister tried to desposit $5,000 in a family member's Chase account who needed it ASAP. Chase would NOT accept the CASH deposit! The teller was rude and unhelpful. And a reason for not accepting the CASH deposit was never given. It was the most frustrating encounter ever with this branch...which we almost never even use!

I continually have amazing service with every aspect and employee at this branch. I have banked here since they opened. Kathy is an outstanding branch manager who has gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. Garth, Rashim, and Christian are very attentive to our financial needs and goals and we have been extremely pleased with our experience at this very large bank who understands customer service like no other.

Not helpful or friendly. They open at 9am and there were 3 people standing in the vestibule area waiting (I arrived last) assuming doors were locked. There were employees in the branch and no one walked over to welcome us in to the branch. I then talked the banker Rashim R. Who had an attitude when I brought up that he and the others just watched people outside of office doors. "The doors are open"..... Completing missing the point, he could have walked over and greeted waiting customers instead if sitting at his desk doing nothing.

Lady was super condescending and rude, long term customer treated me like dirt. Way to treat a customer , probably going to close my account after this . I did close the account, I no longer bank with Chase due to this.
