    If only zero were an option. Terrible “service” as usual at this branch. Was told there was at least a 30-45 minute wait and that it was a very busy branch by a rude male employee. This is after he ignored me for several minutes while he chatted with another employee (obviously not work related). Perhaps they need better time management skills to better suit their customers needs. Walked out and drove to the O’Kelly Chapel branch and was met by the manager who was polite and apologetic. He was able to help me with what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Been a customer of BOA for 15 years and I’ll never step foot in the High House branch again.

    Wait times are 30 min+ to see a teller and there are 5 or 6 employees doing laps around the line apologizing instead of "rolling up their sleeves" and getting basic transactions done. I shouldn't be surprised though, every Bank of America has horrible staffing problems. I am switching banks at the end of the month. I hope I to never have to step foot in another BOA after this year.

    Terrible service and staff. They are short of staff I believe. Every staff has different understanding of same service. I deposited 5 checks with my spouse signature and they accepted. Every time it was hassle, one manager saying you need joint account, another one saying it is ok, 6 th time they didn't even deposit saying your spouse need to be present here. This is experience from service on July 6th. I am ok with whatever rules you follow but why keep changing rules every time. People take time from work and when they have go through this arbitrariness is not at all helpful. I am privileged customer and this my experience. Probably time to switch account to another bank.

    Poor customer service. The GM keeps walking around showing he is doing something but no. He could have used his walking around to help. Very slow service. This is why we are closing our account.

    They still require a mask for even fully vaccinated people and lecture clients who question that rule about respect. There is no scientific data that fully vaccinated people are at risk for themselves or anybody else i.e there is no scientific or any intellectually driven reason for that Even CDC which was beyond conservative, finally recognized the point of getting the vaccine. Vaccines are available for everyone now and it's a personal choice. I don't want to patronize a business which thinks that a measure of respect is wearing mask. Why not 2 masks? I will not coming back to this location for sure and I am not sure I won't be looking for another bank. I am dropping stores which still mandate masks for fully vaccinated, no reason to do differently with banks.

    My appointment was at 2pm. Nobody talked to me until 2:20pm explaining what is happening (after checking in). I can write the process for the whole day but I just don’t want to waste my time since my point is clear already: the service is terrible here.

    I had a very terrible experience. I've been a in the Bank of America customer for 25 years and I couldn't believe how terrible my experience was. I went to this bank on 4/12/2021 to withdraw $3,300 but instead I received $3,200 from cashier Ann. When I told them about this discrepancy, the manager, bank officer, and the cashier Ann all argued. They took 40 minutes to investigate the fact and then Ann apologized about her mistake. I felt insulted and very disappointed with this experience.
