    Been coming here for about 2 years I love it as I get my quarters for my laundry here and I don’t have wait in a long line staff is helpful especially when you forget your log in information they don’t judge your forgetful ness bank is very clean also

    I have to say the staff is very helpful but the manager there picks and choose who he say hello to . I've been coming to this same back for 7 years and the branch Manager there never say hello to me I don't know is it because I am Spanish or what but he is not to friendly I have no idea but the rest of the staff are amazing . It would be nice for Manger to say hello to all not pick and choose that's always my observation when I see him do . I give the staff 4 stars and him 1 star.

    My husband and his company have been customers of BoA for years. We moved to this area about 2 years ago and find both this branch and the other one near us to be incredibly rude. The manager literally stares you up and down. He does not treat customers fairly. The lady who used to work here was really nice. They changed their people in this branch and honestly these newer people do not have great customer service skills. As I was leaving I asked another patron if she felt these people treat her nicely and fairly. She said that the people working here have changed and it has not been the same since. Really feel stuck.

    Not super helpful customer service. I accidentally left my card in the drive-up ATM - something that must happen from time to time. I had to go in in person because no phone number is listed for the branch, only the 800 number. The woman I saw told me there was no way to get the card from the machine, then asked, "So what do you want to do?" I would have appreciated more guidance on next steps. In contrast, my wife did the same thing at another bank, and had her card back the next day - and they called to tell her they had it. I've been a BOA customer for 15 years but am now thinking of switching to another bank.
