I am giving one star because the location was very convenient on distance. I received a very bad customer service by Maria, she was not friendly and very cold to be a customer service. As a customer this lady make me feel like if I was taking "something" from her. I lost my job 3 months ago and felt being treated like trash just because I used my unemployment benefits card. Not returning to this location! I had worked as a customer service representative for years and not even close of how this lady treats Bank of America customers.... too bad 👎.

Horrible customer service. Only go here because my unemployment. I had my ID and wanted to make a withdrawal, but once I get to the front I needed my card too they said. No problem because it was in my car parked up front so I told her, but when I ran out and ran back in within 30 seconds I had to go to the back of the line. I was out there waiting in line before they even opened 45 minutes prior due to the COVID and still had to wait again. They had multiple stations open, she could of waited one minute or took me after the next person due to how long I have been waiting, but nope. That's why I bank with Chase. I have never had nothing, but exceptional service at all Chase banks.

Poor Customer service with Maria. Very dry not friendly at all. I was manager of Consumer affairs for one of the largest organizations in the United States for 35 years. I know good customer service and this is not it. Opening a new account should be much friendlier than this. At the end she handed me my receipt and said there you go. I said you don’t say thank you to your new customers? She responded, “I said have a nice day”. Why would I be interested in putting my money in a bank that cannot even say thank you for a new account. I will definitely be switching banks.

horrible bank not just this one but B of A in general. am conservator of one of their clients with dementia. Can't get at her money to pay her bills now she is in a negative checking account balance with Thousands in savings and they are charging fees., "Sorry there is nothing we can do" Only B of A has been completely unhelpful. Guess she has to die before they can help,. Frustrated

Worst bank in scv! I have had it! They hang on to the same annual check I get every year hints annually and the just hold it for a week. Always an excuse. To make it worse they lie when I put the money in. Who ever runs this bank clearly is not fit to. Always a line never more the two very slow tellers. This bank is terrible I'm switching banks as fast as possible today. Just done with these losers. What security guard??

If you have some extra time you want to kill on a Saturday. Drop by the Bank of America on Soledad Canyon Rd any Saturday. They typically have 2-3 teller windows open even though the line can be up to 12-15 people. Staff is friendly enough, but the bank is way understaffed. They should put up signs like at the Amusement Parks. "45 minutes from this point". Uggh, going into this branch is absolutely horrifying.

If you want a glimpse of the very scary near future, visit this loc. Complete with 3" lexan/plexi-dura-gorilla desk to ceiling airtight barricade between you and the tellers, the management said all, ALL banks were incorporating these transparent indestructible barricade in very very near future. I closed my account took all my money k eft card and checkbook on counter, nuff said. I urge you to get your money out now while you still can, I can see the reason for those barricades, and by the time they are used you'll be begging for what should be yours free. Gotta love how they sell you on thier great service only to criminalize you and detain your money holding it hostage and powerful tripping you about what you can do with it. Simply amazing how fkn dumb we have become

Poor service. The manager did not take the time to verify a check. Just told me they could not cash it. I went to another branch they took care of me.
