    It is a Saturday, 30 minutes before closing, how can you have a line to the door with only 1 bank teller? Management has absolutely no clue how to run this back. Last time I visited I couldn't deposit cash. I mean you're a bank and you can't take my cash deposit? And no, I don't want to put $5000 cash thru an ATM so that is not an acceptable work around. Wells Fargo has terrible service that's why I chose B of A but it looks like you're in the same category. Keep it up and I need to move to Chase or another better option. Last time visiting this branch and if it's like this elsewhere, our business should be elsewhere.

    I am a 30 year customer of this bank and never before have I experienced such awful customer service than I have at this branch on more than one occasion. Today's experience was not just a lack of friendly people willing to help, but the bank had zero cash, yes ZERO, cash on hand to service the basic needs of their customers. Apart from people coming in to deposit money why even open the doors? Judging by the countless bad reviews and awful rating the district manager as well as corporate level management simply does not care. What a massive inconvenience to several loyal customers today.

    I went to this location yesterday, which I never have been to because it was next to the restaurant I was opening at the time. I was in serious! Distress. Someone hacked my online banking and stole a lot of money from me. Jesse greeted me at the door and helped me immediately even though he had a scheduled appointment that was about to arrive. Through all the tears I explained to him what was happening. He helped me reset my online banking info that I was locked out of and he helped me get all of my money back immediately! I work so hard for my money and I felt like Jesse really cared about the situation. I really can’t thank him enough for the guidance and time he took to help me when I needed it the most. He could have made me wait a long time, as they were busy and it was close to closing time or just done the bare minimum and tell me I can get my money back in 60-100 days after an investigation but because of his previous work experience he guided me through the process of getting my money back as fast as possible. Thank you Jesse!! You are a saint.

    Horrible, slow processes to get anything done! They don't even answer their phones, hate this bank! When i can finally close out my account I will never be back or recommend them

    I understand what everyone is saying about them not having sufficient tellers, I don’t know the mechanics around that but that’s either horrible management or corporate’s fault for not doing anything about it. However, I received such amazing service from their lending specialist, MARIO Ruiz , he alone deserves 5 stars and for him only do I leave the 5 stars! He’s so professional, courteous and helpful, he really listened and made great recommendations based on my needs. I’ve been baking with BOA for a while now, and he has got to be one of the best encounters I have had at any location. Highly recommend you ask for him!

    Extremely nice tellers! Clayton and Fetema are the best! The Bank is incredibly understaffed. I have been in line currently to make a deposit for 30 minutes. Plenty of suited "managers" around but not able to jump in and clear a line.

    It takes forever to get a line moving. I’ve never seen a bank process this slow.. their current rating tells you what it is. No wonder why they are two star. I will never come back to this location. I should have left earlier but didnt know it takes 10min to finish a customer. And they only have two ppl working and line is to the front door. Every staff works here must be new staf

    Came in to open a new account after receiving an offer in the mail and waited 20 minutes before being asking to making an appointment for the following day. I left and figured out how to create the account online. Today I should have received my first direct deposit and when it didn't arrive I came to the branch. I waited in line with a trace number only to be told to call customer service. Why do you even have a branch open if you have no intention of serving customers?! Please cross the street and use chase instead, they will actually help you instead of shrugging their shoulders and suggesting you call customer service.
