    This branch is unprofessional and the experience was egregious. I went into the lobby and the greeter his attire is disheveled and not well kept bad presentation of a bank. I asked Oneyda Santamaria if I could do a stop payment on a cashier's check that I just purchased the day before just 24 hours because I lost the check which is a cashier's check from BOA. I have banked with them for over 20 years and they stated it was nothing that I could do that I should have gotten a surety bond. I closed all of my accounts and I had 4 I have never experience such inadequate and dismissive tone. She states it was nothing that they could do. So I told them close all 4 of my accounts. No option no help everyone was rude and just nonchalant on a check over $10,000. A cashier's check that the teller charged me $15 for which his inexperience and not very well trained knowledge of valued customers was very transparent on their customer service. I bank with Chase, Santander and Credit union and have never experienced this and they have never been so rude and dismissive. Do not bank with this branch they will treat you like you are not a valued customer and like you are inconsequential. I work in finance and I would never treat a customer this way especially 20 years of service with an institution. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My primary bank is Chase and I was looking for a secondary bank, wanted something local so it was BOA or TD… read reviews on both but went with my gut and I m glad I did. I had to make an appointment to open checking account since I wanted a Saturday slot. Everyone I met was very professional and friendly from the moment I made the appointment until I left with my account opened Junior Rodriguez was my account representative, polite /professional / and friendly. There was a Latin female manager , who I really did not get the spelling of her name my apologies, I believe she did a great job training and molding this branch team and now she was moving on to the Teterboro branch She was very professional and very knowledgeable and also taught me something about Zelle Overall a great experience….. Only downside with BOA is no late night hours, it would be nice if Thursday would be open 9-6pm like some other banks, they are open Saturday but Saturday can be a lil busy Other than that I believe this branch is great with a great team

    Been a customer for years and must say it hard to find banks that actually wants to help you unless you are opening a new account. Past Friday I went to This bank to make some changes to my account. At first they told me an appointment was needed but after I explained my situation and how hard it for my work schedule they made an exception. So A big Thank You from your customer that appreciates the hard work in maintaining excellent customer service and its manager Oneyda. I am certainly recommending this bank to my friends.

    This is a lousy branch. Nice people when they get to you but waits are to long and service is ragged. Used to have a drive by window, now just ATM. Can't talk to ATM. When branch was in Galaxy had good service and attentive staff. I have account in another bank but this location is closed to my apartment so I use it when necessary. Why is B of A so arrogant they don't serve their clients?

    This is by far one of the worse banks in the area got here at 8:55 standing in the lobby waiting to go in they are suppose to be open at 9 the woman finally comes over after staring at people for 10 minutes and says I am sorry but we are closed. Managment is terrible as is the girls attitude in the second office. The love to charge fees for everything but can not even stick to proper times. Then try to call and been i hold for 18 minutes now and still waiting. Do I get paid for my time. Lol.

    This bank is great! Sometimes the line is long, but that’s ok because the facility is clean and temperate. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. There’s a really nice teller lady that dresses to the nines, she’s so fierce. I would go in just to see what she’s wearing, she has this incredible ice white hair and wears a ton of jewelry. She’s so cool. Also, whenever I need help, they accommodate. Bank of America stinks, but this branch and the ppl that work there are awesome

    Second time at this branch. On a Saturday they only had one teller?!!! Wednesday in an no one to greet and only one teller again. After 10 minutes, someone greeting signed me in like I had just walked in. I guess they want you to do all your banking online, but they don't pay interest rates like online. Time to move my money where it will be more appreciated.

    Convenient location but too many people walking around who can’t actually help you. There is the bouncer at the front, all official in a suit and tie but can’t actually transact business. Can only direct you to the teller line where there are never less than 10 people waiting for service from the slowest tellers on the planet. Then there are the “bankers” sitting in their offices, generally with no customers who also cannot help because they are for private banking. They should be well versed in ANY banking so they can pitch in when the tellers are innundated. But no, the 2-3 private bankers just sit behind desks playing Tetris while you wait 45 minutes to find out the teller is leaving for lunch.

    The worse experience I ever had at any bank, one person at the front didn't seen to want to help me, did care in what I had to say i had to get edgy for him to even start providing some customer service. but long story short I went to this location for assistance and left with nothing resolved, I just did a Google search for they online services. So much for face to face interaction.
