Worse bank branch ever. I was customer at this branch past 25 years and today I came to get casher check and they charged me fee $15. Wow shame on Bank of American.

Teller side is always short staffed and usually have to wait about 30 mins. They have more Chinese speaking bankers on the home loan section which seems to be BOA’s main interest. They clearly don’t care about people waiting at teller line. Time to switch….

Everytime when I visit Bank of America Heritage branch, there are pack of peoples waiting in line and average wait is about hour. There are few tellers working but their response are really slow and store manager is the worst person that she always ask questions but does not respond to the question I asked. It’s not acceptable and I would love to give 0 if there was a choice. Worst bank.

This place is like a joke! They don't treat their customers fairly. I went to get a document notarized, waited in line for about 20 minutes. While waiting in line, a lady came and asked me why I was there, after I responded she asked me if I made an appointment, and she informed me that without an appointment they wouldn't be able to help me. She told me I could go to USP for notarization! I'M A BOFA CUSTOMER AND I HAVE RIGHT TO GET ANY SERVICE YOUR BANK OFFERS! (How dare you tell your customer to go somewhere else to get the service you are supposed to provide.) I kept waiting, and the security guard walked by and asked people behind me if anybody has an appointment. Nobody responded. Then the same guy came and asked me for what type service I was waiting for. I told him that I was there for a notary service. He asked me what that lady told me. (this shows that don't have a set procedure, it all depends on what one person says, and it can change from person to person) After I told him what that lady said, he said they are all booked for today, they will be serving only people with an appointment. But same person saw that in seconds ago, none of those people waiting in the line had an appointment! Why didn't he tell all those people they couldn't serve them today? They let people without an appointment in depending on what type service they were getting, this is not fair! Same lady who told me to get an appointment let the person in front of me in. Plus, if there is a such thing, why they didn't posted outside so people don't waste their time waiting in the line. This place is such a mess.

My 18-year-old daughter and I went to this bank to open bank accounts for her upcoming university journey. Mr. Mortazavi was genuinely helpful and explained every function of the bank accounts detailedly and thoughtfully. Even applied a credit card for my daughter ( not sure if she can qualify in 10 days) . Thank you all did a wonderful job!

Honestly had a great experience at this bank. Wanted to open a joint bank account for myself and wife. The bank employees were all very helpful and accommodating. Sharifa who attended to us was really great!!

Upon entering the environment isn’t very welcoming. Very closed off and the tellers are around the corner in the back. You have someone upfront but even than it’s hard to see her behind the desk monitor. Doesn’t say welcome, just stood there until you told her what you needed. Got to the tellers and stood in line behind 3 people. Waited 30 minutes. Clients were very upset with the wait. One guy yelling at the female teller and told her that she didn’t care about the guests, she responded “No, I don’t.” Was very shocked to hear her admit that. The area is so quiet and small, you could hear every thing between the client and the teller. Didn’t feel safe telling the teller my bank info as everyone can hear you so clearly. I will avoid this bank due to lack of customer service and safety.

There are no tellers working on Thursday, I know times are tough because of COVID, but zero tellers? It’s not acceptable
