Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola

By far the worst bank in Pensacola they'll have 20 people in line with only one teller this place needs help management or something

This is the worst bank experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. I have never been treated so rudely. Their customer service skills are non-existent. The manager would not even try to accommodate me. I will never go there again for any reason and will tell everyone I know they are the worst bank. Thank-you for your time and Thanks for wasting mine!

I had a great experience at first but it went horrible quickly after that! The bank is impossible to get in touch with. After months of contacting them, I had to switch banks because nobody at the branch, online support, or any of the dozens of 800 numbers I called would look at my businesses quickbooks payroll authorization form to be signed.

They're people are polite but I don't think I should pay 8$ to cash one of they're checks. The checks are even from this branch I mean come on. The only option is to have them smaller than $50 or open an account which is 12$ a month. I'm a stay at home mom who doesn't qualify for help from the gov so my 200$ checks are to feed my child...when will the banks stop being so greedy!

I need to cash a check. Walk inside and one customer ahead of me. I waited for a while. 7 total employees visible. But only one person helping. Then charge $8 to cash a $36 check.......REALLY! Now I know why this bank isn't busy. Bad customer service.

I will never bank here agian a bunch of lieing thief's untrust worthy and very rude when they were wrong 100% incompetent. monkeys could do a better job then this bank

ATMs don't work. Long lines with one teller. Bank takes hidden fees out of your account. Trash can bank.

Terrible terrible bank paid my credit card in full and 2 days after its paid in full the send me a bill for 72.23 in interest charges for a account paid in full. Wish I could give negative stars. No one there is competent to handle their issue lady on the phone told me my card was paid in full. Don't trust them they try to rob people blind

BoA is all right, but this location is rough. You can come to the location, but they'll take you to the atm to make a deposit yourself, or edit your check to deposit on your mobile app. I'm just not impressed with how they conduct customer service here.

Never gave enough people working. 1 person does the drive thru while working the front teller at the same time. That needs to stop. Especially during later in the day.
