I hate Bank of America. That’s the company in it’s entirety. I dealt with the absolute WORST experience when trying to open an account with them. I gave them another chance per my mother’s request. When I initially got to this branch for my appointment I was waiting for a bit. I initially was annoyed because it seemed as if no one wanted to service the appointment I created. I ended up working with Doris, and explaining to her in depth my previous experience. She completely took care of everything and made it a good experience. The manager Stacev was always a joy to work with. I don’t recommend Bank of America to anyone but if you must this would be a good branch to visit.
Hello Dominique. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Doris and Stacev was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^mark

I once loved that the ATM machine dispersed 1’s and 5’s. They took that away so now I’m stuck for a half hour in a line with mostly incompetent tellers. How can my small business operate with this type of banking. Don’t call corporate, because they are worse.

I do not rate this so poorly because of the staff but because corporate desperately and for some time now needs to add another teller. 1 on a Friday with lines that last 15-20 minutes and it's NOT the tellers fault. If anything I'm so sad for them. They're doing their best. What I don't need and a lot of us feel the same Is two people greeting you and lots of associates walking around. Bank of America is a major banking agency they can afford another teller.

Just like everyone else said...the MANAGER sandy and ladies at the front are extremely rude and the manager gave me wrong information not once but THREE times! As I sat waiting for my third appointment in one week (the manager told me I had to come to this branch to reissue a lost cashiers check which I later found out was not true) the two girls at the front were gossiping about another customer. For my second appointment, Stanley walked out and said “you ready?” I followed him to his office where he typed on the computer without saying a word to me for 1-2 minutes until I finally said “you ready?” He was not friendly and couldn’t assist me so I had to make a 3rd trip. I was 5 minutes early for my 3rd appointment at 2 PM and was called back at 2:15. Between their unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge I would say by far the worst branch I’ve been to and I’ve been a customer for 15 years. The reviews don’t lie!

I have to come to this branch biweekly to make deposits for work, and I have never waited in line less than 15 minutes. I’m standing in line right now, have been here for 20 minutes, have three people in line in front of me, and there is literally no teller at the counter because the one guy working has to repeatedly go in the back for something. Why is there never more than one teller working at a time?!

I was skeptic to visit after reading the reviews, but I feel it's a great branch and people are happy to help here.

Don’t deal with Joyce at this location. She has no business working with customers. As much as I bank and do business with Bank of America especially at this location I was treated with disrespect by Joyce today and previously. I was trying to get a wire completed and it was 3:45 in the afternoon and she refused to assign someone to help me saying I should schedule an appointment for sometime this week to get it done and I have a closing that is taking place this afternoon. I was very disappointed and most of all so surprise by this. The wire that I was going to do would have brought Bank of America about $800 a month in interest but yet she refused to help me. Thanks to Jennifer at the nearby Lawrenceville location and the staff there for being very friendly and welcoming. I had to rush to get to the Lawrenceville location and only had about eight minutes before they close. I made it there a minute before 4 o’clock and they took very good care of me. I was very disappointed. I could have had an accident rushing to get to the Lawrensville location on time since my transaction was very important for me but of course not for Joyce. Just to be fair there are some friendly and good people who work at this location as well.

I only went to this location once and will never return! Upon walking in, the lady standing there was so rude and invasive, even after explaining my visit. As a customer, I should not feel like I’m being interrogated to have a simple transaction completed. The teller was no different and she continued having a conversation with a coworker, something I’ve never experienced before. Horrible service and experience.

Worst place every. Every time I come, the line are not long but it take 2-3 ppl to do one transaction. Waiting time is too long for one transaction. Looks like NO one knows what they are doing. I dread coming to to deposit checks for my mom who has BOA. I’m calling her to change bank. Worst ever. Every time I come.

Worst Bank of America in Georgia. With a line of 10 or more people there is never more than 1 teller. Feels great to walk into the bank though because there are 3-4 greeters who apparently have nothing to do. Worst bank ever!
