It's hours are terrible. I have to take off work to visit the branch. Not open early or late enough and no Sat hours. Switched to CACU. Much better.

Rudest lady ever. Been there several times but every time I get her it's horrible. My company does 500k plus a year with bank of America. Maybe it's time to switch to a bank that can be polite.

Unfortunately, the frequency of unproductive visits to this branch has become alarming. The banking/finance professionals at this location are not knowledgeable on the fundamentals of customer service and simply cannot service more complex banking transaction. They hide behind S&OP and default to "we cannot do that" in most cases. They refuse to go the next steps to help solve a problem. For example, I have worked through this branch multiple times on a simple account access/Debit card problem only to be sent down a path that was not correct and upon returning was told they would not help and would not get on the phone to try and resolve the issue. I left the branch, called the BOA preferred customer service team and they resolved the problem over the phone. Its beyond frustrating to have a "Manager" level associate of this branch refuse to assist in accessing funds that you as a customer have empowered BOA to house. I would recommend anyone that is evaluating using this branch of BOA to avoid wasting their time.

I switched to Bank of America a few years ago because I appreciated their app technology. Other than that the bank has been incredibly difficult to be with. This branch like all others does not have enough staff and if you are going to do that you should make sure they are nice people at least! There are two tellers there that I have a pleasant experience with every single time I am in the bank, the other one I will intentionally dodger allow people to go in front of me in line so I do not have to deal with her. Unfortunately today I was not able to avoid her and instead of my brother joining the bank that day, I have chose to leave instead. It's crazy how one person can ruin an entire experience!

It’s crazy to think that a national bank is open a whole 7 hours a day, which happens to be after most people have to be at work and they close before the average person get off of work. Seems to be a lazy inconsiderate place to bank. Good job BoA, good job!

Was treated like I didn't belong in their bank because I don't have an account but they have over $10,000 of mine that they are collecting interest on. All I wanted was what I was told by BOA's customer service.

Terrible Service. Drive through lanes are never open, understaffed. Almost always a 20 adventure every time I go there. The manager there is so rude and you will be waiting for someone to help you and he just looks at you and walks away like hes got something better to do, it makes no sense because there is NEVER anyone there. Work harder.

Deposited a check through ATM, and got a 9 day hold on it. This is so 1970s. Been doing business with B of A for nearly 20 years and the check is from a long time reputable company.
