    I scheduled an appointment to do a name change on my account on 1/4. When arriving at the bank I noticed they had a sign that said the lobby was closed so I panicked a little. I called the number on the sign and Ana was able to do my name change and order me a new card at the drive-thru window. She was so professional and very helpful! Thanks again Ana! :)

    I've been waiting for a supervisor to contact me since July. I left a complaint with Arvest call center and Kimberly from the Broadway branch. Mitchell and his assistant Katrina have yet to try and correct the situation. Very disappointing. I've banked with Arvest for over 10years and this has ruined it.

    Absolutely love this bank. I am from a small town and remember always knowing the tellers, and everyone acting super friendly when you go in. This branch is the first bank I have been a part of that I feel the same way about. They will do ANYTHING to make you happy. I have my business and personal accounts with them and would not change it for the world!

    I’ve been banking with Arvest since the 90’s. After Arvest took over a couple banks in JoCo, I walked in and asked to withdraw money. I already had Arvest checks, debi cards and an Overland Park address on the account. They were baffled, because they’d never seem me and I already had an account a few days later. After I explained why, they helped me. Now that happened at 143rd and Metcalf branch, which they closed. This branch was from a different bank than that one and came with a much better staff, which probably had something to do with keeping this one. I highly recommend this bank.

    All Arvest are not the same. Stopped here for money orders and i have the bank type the info in for me but not today. Mattie at the window told my cashier Luke he didn't have to do it i could write it in. I will not stop here again. 40 highway your staff needs to show these people what coumter service is.... Thank you guys at 4p high for real and friendly service...

    Would give zero stars if possible. This bank is incredibly slow, I come everyday, and whether one person is in line, or 10, it doesn’t matter, you’ll be sitting there for an hour.

    Just got told I wasn't added to the bank account, I was added to yesterday. Why? Because they have to be slow, and can't adapt to the future and new ways of transporting data. Gotta get that paperwork on over to the DC! Up to 48 bleep hours. This isn't the 1900's anymore!
