    Complete waste of time. Had to wait for an hour even when I had an appointment to get some documents notarized only to tell me that they can't do it because they don't have the necessary "forms". Why did you not tell me this before when I walked in and specifically mentioned I was there for notary service? Really had to make me wait an hour to tell me? Also staff is highly misinformed, Post Office doesn't provide notary services UPS does. Never going back again. So much for being a BOA customer

    The location that I made my appointment at cancelled on me. I ended up at this location without an appointment, and their schedule was fully booked. Julie Rodriguez Morales was so helpful and was able to squeeze me in. She helped me with everything that I needed done, and she turned a stressful situation into an easy one.

    I went in to open a business account, sat down with Andy. He went through my paperwork and said the necessary paperwork was missing, checked the computer and said he couldn’t open the account cause my name was not shown on top of the business name. He instructed me to email him ( he said if I called he would be to busy to answer and email would be quicker ) so that he can check again in a few days. He walked me out and gestered something to the lady who greeted and directed me to him and she let out a really loud obnoxious laugh about a week later I emailed him and got no response. So I visited another branch with the same paperwork. The woman who helped me immediately found the necessary paperwork to open the account, she showed me the same screen he showed me and said it was not necessary to have my name there in the computer cause my name was on the paperwork and said there is no reason he couldn’t open the account. Worst customer service ever!

    This is my local Bank of America, is convenient and the staff is very nice. However the location is outdated, and sometimes the don’t have enough staff to work on rush hours. The people that work here make the best of it, but they can definitely hire a few people to make the process faster and more efficient.

    I will give no star if possible. The upper management really needs to look into this location. Is ridiculous how long you have to wait in line for a deposit and for withdrawal. There was 5 peaople in front of me when I went I thought oh well it will be fast but oh lord this took more than 1hr for me to get to the damn window. After 30 mins waiting in line I looked back and the line was up to the door but what it sucks is that there were only 2 tellers behind the window and no one came to help. And there was also costumers waiting in the business line as well. There was 3 other workers outside on the desk but yet they didn’t even went to see if they can help so they line can go a bit faster. For my surprise what it was worst there was a line for the elderly aswell and they had to wait more then me. They have no consideration what so ever with the costumers. They really need to hire more workers because all the time I go there’s is only one or two windows open and I wait more than 45 mins in line..

    I'm giving 2 stars just cuz I'm nice and also cuz the tellers themselves aren't rude or anything. The place is in serious need of tellers...only ONCE I went and was completely shocked and surprised to find there was absolutely no line whatsoever and I was able to walk right up to the window. Oh what a wonderful experience that was....if only that could be like that every time...the person who greets you while standing in line I feel should be helping out with the line and then greet ppl when the line isn't up to the entrance... I hated going there so much at a point..I started going to the Pasadena branch..they have live tellers on the atms inside. It's awesome. I spent like nearly 1 hour and 15 mins standing in line once..and when I finally get to the window..my transaction was like literally maybe 2-3 mins tops. The company should really look into a strategy or something to deal with the long ass lines and work on getting ppl in n out and have them be satisfied when they leave... I have to go there today and I've been lagging so hard cuz Im dreading the line that I know I will have to stand uncomfortably in...*sigh* maybe I'll try the Lincoln heights branch today...feeling kinda adventurous today. Hah.

    Always a long wait to speak to a representative. Never enough staff. Even with me being next in line, they tell you that the wait time is 30 mins. They have 6 desk but only two bank representatives working. It’s like this any day, hour, week that you come.

    This branch need a serious evaluation by upper management. The service used to be good and friendly. I truly can say this since I am a customer since 1990. In the past few years this branch became a sad joke. You can't even call them on the phone because they don't answer. Horrible service time to move to another financial institution.

    This branch seriously needs to consider having more staff/tellers opened. With a line of 20 people, only 2 windows are opened. If you want quick and friendly service, consider going to the Lincoln Heights branch instead.
