Eddie is spectacular! And we can say without a doubt, we would not have gotten our house without him. We bought our first house in LA (where the market is insane) and we both work freelance (a factor no lender understands nor enjoys) at the height of the pandemic. We had been looking for a year with another realtor and broker and were highly unsuccessful. Our new realtor explained that we needed a solid team in place and that Eddie was the best in LA. And she was 1000% right. Eddie walked us through the process step by step, complete with spreadsheets to show us how much everything would work out to be. He answered every question in detail, never rushing or glossing over key information. He then did it all over again when we had to refinance and consolidate our loans.
