Never felt great about banking here. lots of fees, low interest on accounts, slow service, now the bank is “Temporarily Closed” according to the sign on their door. The locked door communicates as much as the wasted sheet of paper on the glass. I think they need to look up the word “temporarily.” And perhaps they need to pay their tellers more. In 2018 the pay ratio of CEO to lowest employee was 247:1. Meanwhile, it’s a VERY profitable business. We are pulling all our money out and using a local credit Union. We should have done this long ago.
We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. As such, some locations may be either temporarily closed or operating at adjusted hours. If you’d like to visit an alternative financial center, please click the following link for the most up-to-date info on our centers: http://go.bofa.com/Locator. Also, when new information is available regarding openings and hours, the website will be updated.

My neighborhood bank, a customer since the 90s, It's depressing to go here. B of A is using covid as an excuse, You could space people 20 feet apart at this Location.... It sometimes takes15 minutes or more to make a simple deposit with NO LINE! No activity here BUT EVERONE IS seemingly BUSY OR SLOWWWWW. I love my favorite teller but even she acts as if she's never processed a deposit before? I understand consolidationAnd reducing brick-and-mortar.I've seen it coming for some time but,You're going to make me drive to Ballard to make a simple deposit? They just spent a fortune relocating the ATM?Why would they do that and then close the bank? They have a 300 unit complex opening across the street?

I just walked in the snow to deposit a check and get some quarters for laundry every time I walk to this location is not open even if it says it’s gonna be open online. On top of that the atm was out of cash?!?! Last time we drove to north gate and then the line was out the door and I waited for 45 minutes and there was one teller. Is there a reason this bank is never open or only open 2 days a week?!

If bank (or its representatives) doesn't value my time, I surely have an option to ditch to one of competitors. After waiting in a line for 40 minutes (being second one) for obnoxiously slow client server, I've been told to create an appointment. An appointment to change card PIN that can only be done at financial center. What a joke...

Honestly why do I even bank here. During the pandemic it's bad enough I'll walk 3 miles to get to these locations and we get no warning that they're closed but now even the ATM's don't work or accept money. I've gone to 3 banks and they're all closed or the ATM still dont work I honestly dont know how hard a little communication would be with your clients

CONSTRUCTION AT MIDNIGHT. A disruption to the whole neighborhood. I've tried to reach out to the branch representative and have not gotten hold of anyone. Is this really necessary? Please adjust construction schedule so people in the neighborhood can actually get rest.

Trying to cash a bank of America check here, first I wait in line, then I'm told to have a seat so they can VERIFY THEIR OWN CHECK. I proceed to wait for them to process the entire line. Dude proceeds to take me to a back desk and tells me it will be an $8 fee. Fred Meyer charges $3. I will never bank with shady criminals.
