KeyBank Holman Rd, Seattle

Will take your money but wont let you take a leak. Typical ran Seattle business. Avoid this branch at all costs. I'm a long time customer. I made a deposit, asked to use the restroom as it was an emergency. I was told there were no public restroom. After asking two employees and was told there is one but to go ask the manager (how completely unprofessional) to whom finally waddled up dramatically without saying a word to possibly (?) let me use the restroom as I was walking out the door.. This is the lowest grade bank branch I have ever been into. 0 professionalism, 0 customer service, always extremely slow. Corporate needs to clean house asap.

Key Bank on Holman Rd. Has thee Absolute Best Customer Service. Lucia, Alice Dustin, Ben, Michael, and Brianna are AMAZING. I drive all the way from Lake Stevens to do my Banking at this ESTABLISHMENT.I would give this Bank 10 Stars. If I could. I Love You Guys. Keep up the Good work. Best Regards Tom Smith

Horrible experience with a loan. Lucia seems nice at first , and she puts on a good face. Yet during this process she lied to my face multiple times. And claimed she never said things she said in prior conversations. On top of that she had told me she was overnight shipping through fedex a check for the loan. Come to find out she did no such thing and the package won’t be arriving for an additional 48 hours later. Not overnighted like she promised, just to get me out of her office. Horrible experience, unprofessional all around. She is two faced. Wouldn’t ever come back to work with Lucia or key bank In general. There are many other banks that can handle what she cannot. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

Very unprofessional. Whenever Northgate is closed for construction I drive to the nearest location..However now, id rather drive further to green lake or Aurora, so I don’t have to deal with the constant attitudes... Find another job if it’s so insufferable pulling out money from my account. 1 star is generous... 0 stars. Green lake, an Aurora much better

I've been a Keybank customer for 15 years. Their HELOCs had awesome rates. At this branch, Alice has always been friendly, congenial and professional. Lucia has also been great to work with & is quick & detail oriented. I wish I could stay with their checking/savings accounts because there's a good points/rewards program but I moved to a state that doesn't have branches & Lucia was very helpful as I've just closed down my accounts.

I am using this branch since 2010. Yes I admit it was slower than the other branches. But that is not the case anymore! I can tell they are the friendly, they know your name and make you feel welcome. I am using most of the KeyBank around the north Seattle and this branch is one of the best!

All bankers and the branch manager I met are super nice and friendly. I was here to open an account and the process was pretty smooth. Really appreciate the help from Alice!

When I had difficulty with my accounts they were able to help instantly in spite of the current situation.

They printed required information for me fast and helpful great friendly staff. Always love the coffee on the way out.

Alicia is the best! She always takes great care of me!
