Horrible service one teller for 10 people waited 10 minutes and the line didn’t move , the have 4 financing bankers on the floor for no reason . Instead of having more tellers . One good thing about the bank is the HOT Colombian lady . Thats all 👎🏼

From space this unique diamond shaped copper roofed building is clearly in a different class. It is landmarked for it's architecture and was one of the original branches of the Jamaica Savings Bank, an early Jamaica financial institution. Hours on Saturday says 9 to 2 !!!! I’m still waiting for them to open the doors it’s 9:30 am , the tellers are inside I can hear them talking!!!! This is the worse BANK EVER!! Poor customer service

Where did they find these workers. Been in line already for over 30 minutes. Need to train workers so they work faster. On average workers take 10/15 minutes with each customer.

Worst CS ever. Worser than a 3rd world country bank. Such a disgrace to U.S. Not surprised to see all these negative reviews. BOA please close the excuse of a branch!!!
