I been customer with Bank of America since 1998 I really hurt and Bank of America did fraud to me on 4 th of this month I went to Rancho Cordova location at 7:51 deposit cash $6500 but Bank of America ATM machine got stuck and did not deposit my money got stuck in the machine only deposit $300 I called bank made a claim for my money for $6200 which bank machine has it they told me it will take 10 days but they sent me a letter saying they cancel my request now I lost $6200 bank had my money I am going to the court and call channel 13 regarding there fraud and taking Bank of America to the court they really mess my life

It was a very long wait but the manager was GREAT and helpful. The tellers were also very nice and professional. They also have a secure location due to security.
