    I don't normally write reviews but will in this case. This is my local bank, I have been with BofA since 1976 and have lived a mile away from this bank since 1997. It is the only bank in Sunland. When it was open it was terrible - never staffed appropriately during busy times (like just before closing on Fridays). I understand that COVID-19 caused staffing issues but it's now nearly July of 2022 as I type this and there is absolutely NO excuse for this branch to continue to be closed at this point. Especially now that the Sun Valley branch has announced extended hours. RE-OPEN THIS BRANCH, BofA! Or I'll take my business elsewhere.

    Transient has taken up residence in ATM area in front of building. Disgusting and extremely smelly. Customers are unable to use this ATM due to filth and weird person sitting with all his garbage in front of ATM. One call to Customer Center and the mess and transient are gone within 24 hours. Kudos to BofA for quick response.

    Updating my review that they have 2 tellers he now normally and they have a good attitude. Lines not as long. There are too many customers in line and the bank only has 1 or 2 tellers working there. Yes the tellers are nice but inexcusable that they done staff enough people. If you have a choice go to another bank you will save many many hours of your life. Right now all the customers are complaining about it. Avoid avoid avoid!

    The wait time is terriable! First of the month, you have all the technology to tell you when you are busy and you choose to ignore. 2 tellers open and one guy looks like Manager just sitting on a computer The worst customer service for people who have their hard earned money here.

    This is strange for me, because I have always hated banks. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Wells Fargo business banking and came desperate to B of A in Sunland expecting the same fees and absolute garbage I got from Wells Fargo. What a pleasant surprise. Please know I have a small business that just started in December, and there is very little money to be made on my accounts. But the staff knows me there, treat me like Donald Trump, and take the time and are patient to explain any grey areas. Because I do my Merchant Processing through them, they give me their best business account at no charge, and it REALLY helps. I had a problem earlier in the month and called the customer service number, I spoke to the nicest man in the mid west here in the US, who took the time to explain the weekend processing, and reversed all of the fees, even though I was at fault for the most part. Amazing, I can relax and know I am in good hands for the first time. Quick note, businesses need to be very careful with Merchant processing anywhere, it is complicated. There are 2 contracts and they have you sign a signature pad so you don't see what you are signing. Hate that. GREAT business banking, highly recommend.

    The tellers are friendly - WHEN there ARE tellers. There never seems to be enough people working and even when the line is reaching the stairs the management does not stop to help. There is no merchant window and in the last year I cant count how many times I've heard "I apologize, we are short staffed" - HELLO! Its a Friday afternoon and the busiest holiday season and there is ONE teller at the windows and an assistant manager at the back desk counting money....does he NOT understand that if it weren't for ALL the people waiting in line there would be no money to count? Shame on B of A for such poor management/staffing of a facility and shame on the management for letting the tellers take the beating from all the angry waiting customers.

    Horrible experience!! It's suposed to be a friendly bank and one of the associates, a women with thick black glasses, black hair in a ponytail, totally creeped us out. She strangely kept staring at my family and I the whole time we were there and made us feel very uncomfortable. As a cashier was tending to us, that same lady went to her and started whispering something to her as she looked at us. She also followed us outside and just stared as we got in our car. I dont' appreciate this as we just opened up a bank account, and all so we're treated like this? Very upset.

    One star too good for this branch. Friend went in to ask them to hold a card cause someone has gotten a hold of it and has been using it. They say they can't help her. She has proof who she is and her account etc... But they still refused to help her. Meanwhile this person (friend) is taking my friends life savings. My friend has under $50 now she had almost a thousand. So bank somewhere else they are horrible.

    Meg Harootunian is the worst. I had made prior arrangement to go see her to remove someone from my account. And it took 3 visits, with the 3rd visit waiting for her 40 minute while she was at lunch ONLY to find out that I had to call BofA in advance prior to seeing her. She’s rude, doesn’t know customer service and certainly doesn’t go above and beyond to help customers. This makes me hate BofA. And she’s the worst employee.
