It's rarely ever open when it's supposed to be. It's like they only work when they feel like it. My car got totaled and this is the only bank close enough to get to on golf cart, but it's a rare sighting to actually see a teller working. It would be nice if the employees actually showed up when the website and Google says "this branch is opened, confirmed by manager" instead of wasting my time to find out it was a lie.

    Response from the owner

Called bank three times and listen to the prompts to talk to a person and the phone hangup on me three times after it says to wait for someone. Arrived at bank at 2:40pm and could not go into building. The sign said “drive up only.” Waited until 3:35 in line and within two seconds I asked to do a wire transfer and she said she can’t do a wire transfer at the drive up and to go to Fayetteville. Complete disregard for customers time. They need to specifically state what they can do at the driveup in a big sign and update the website.

I don't understand how they can possibly be as slow as they are. Even simple stuff takes forever. If you're time pressed, or want to be treated well, go to another location. These guys have no care or concern for customers. It's 2021. Lots of options out there... BoA should restaff this location before they lose any more customers.

I had a refund from a medical company that was still in my maiden name. (You can't control the timing on those things.) The lady said she could not take it, never looked up my info, and started speaking very rudely and harshly. I told her that the bank has taken a check before because I recently changed my name, have given the bank a copy of my marriage certificate, and have been a member for a long time. I said that all my information was in my record. "We don't keep records here!" she declared. (Ummm?!? Isn't that a bank's job - to keep records?) I was visibly upset of course. Moreover, I really thought I was doing the right thing by coming inside instead of using the ATM outside. (I ended up going straight to another financial institute, where I walked right in and they personally greeted me. There were no issues. Also, while at the other place, it was a bit satisfying when I saw that the Bank of America stock was way down.) I really like the building because of the cozy, quaintness to it, but I haven't had that same feeling from the staff here.

Time to find another bank. I shouldn't lose over 25 minutes only to leave the Drive-thru lane for service. COVID has changed a lot with service, but not at this much of a sacrifice to the customer. Ridiculous.

Always have to wait in a long line. One teller and a manager that doesn't help just keeps saying. "Thank you for you patients " 8 out of 10 times I visit this is what I get. Wells Fargo on 54 is so much better.

Service is very slow and drive through is a joke. Freindly people but not at all customer focused. Bank policlys are not at all in line. I am closing my accounts and using Delta Credit Union Only. Commercial banks are really commercial not for the average person.

Avoid this location like the plague. I get here 9 a.m. (opening) and all I need is a bank statement or something showing my address on the account for proof of address. [CTRL+P, not that friggin' hard]. 40 minutes later - nothing and I'm late for work. Thier response? I "should have made an appointment". No one told me I needed an appointment. Fast forward to end of day. Need a notary so I call to see if this is something they offer. "Yes, but we ask that you make an appointment". (At least they told me this time). So, I make a next day appointment for 9:30 a.m. 9 a.m. the following day I'm getting a phone call canceling said appointment because "thier notary will not be in to work today". Two days later (today) my husband and I are simply trying to deposit CASH into the account. Lady is trying to make it as complicated as humanly possible and playing 20 but only half listening to the answers ("yeah, uh huh") which means we can't trust this woman to execute our request. We drove away to the next nearest branch and will no longer have any dealings with this particular location ever again.

Bank of America does not know what customer service is about! Most of them don't offer drive up teller services (this was way before COVID hit) nor are they even open for that matter. I'm about done with their lack of banking!
