    Definitely is not the quality of service BB&T once had. Went to the Peachtree city branch to send a wire, they couldn't do it and sent me to Thomas Crossroads. When I asked the teller at Thomas Crossroads she said a Banker would be right with me. The Banker came out and stated she was new and couldn't send it, but one of the tellers would do it. Why didnt they just do it to begin with?

    Google says they are open till 6 so I got there at 5:10 Friday evening. Everything was closed down so I called. I spoke to Nichole (not sure of spelling) and she was so sweet and explained that they closed at 5 but was able to still take my deposit through the drive thru! Absolutely loved the customer service and willingness to help me out!

    If I could give zero stars I would - I tried to fax over a document to be stamped for a mutual client and I had to call 3 times. The first time I called, Danielle the teller never gave anyone my information, the second time I called David the banker said he faxed back the needed documents and he did not, and the 3rd time I called the branch manager Nicole said that the branch has no stamps. I had to have the mutual client go into the branch and whatya know? They had a stamp right there and the borrower had to fax me back the information. Lazy, rude, unhelpful branch as a whole.

    Donot use this bank or any of its entities. They allow scammers to open accounts to repeatedly scam individuals. They recently changed their name from Sun Trust to Truist. I reported them to the BBB and they mocked my complaint instead of reaching out to me to resolve the issue. The staff member replied back with a sarcastic complaint as if my situation was funny. Beware of a Scammer/Con Artist by the name of Brandon Williams, who goes by the name bwilliams1914 on IG. He pretends to be a business man who can invest your money into stocks like Lucid Motors, and he claims to be best friends with Suzanne Shank. They’ve allowed him to use this acct since 2017 to scam individuals. If you read through the reviews you’ll see common complaints about individuals being scammed. Horrible. I’ll continue to make complaints until the Feds get involved! Was scammed out of 60k!! It’s definitely inside employees that are getting kickbacks from this Scammer deal!!!!! Its a reason why this bank changed their name, I’m sure because of its bad reputation with they’re clients & the community.

    Charles Gunn 7/29/21 approx 10a My son and I had to travel to Peachtree City branch from Newnan to verify to unblock an account. At 3p same day this business was still not completeted. Upon entering this branch we received a cold standoffish reluctant greeting and agreement to service our banking needs. Throughout or time with Charles it was difficult to communicate with him without being interrupted. After conducting a transfer I asked if he would get the online access unlocked he said he would call later. I looked at him and he claimed he had to help the next customer. At this point I really feel like I should have cursed him out. Instead I just thought to myself that this guy is jealous and disgruntled about his own situation and its not my problem. Well we went all day without account access. At 330p I called the branch and got the proper service that we should have gotten in the first place from the professional representative named David. I really wish that the team leader (Nicki)could do better with hiring and find more Davids and less charles.

    Beware! A Breach of Confidentiality - Today, while visiting this location, Carl proceeded to ask me questions about how I earn my income. He proceeded to have a casual conversation with me inquiring about my account and “what I do for money.” He was inappropriate with me and cared less about my right to privacy! I found the conversation extremely offensive and invasive.Talk about a complete unprofessional. The branch manager should think twice about the caliber of people that he/she hires.

    Staff is very friendly; however, my wife and I are constantly having to back-step to fix errors on part of the banker. When opening the account, we were to receive free checks which we had to follow up with the banker for. Online states that there are two types of debit cards; the gold card is linked to the select checking accounts, and the orange card is linked to the essential checking accounts. When requesting this, the banker told us she can't control which card we get. However, when contacting customer service they made note that this was an error on the bankers part. I wish that everyone was on the same page.

    I have deposited checks from a client into my business account for months and all of a sudden suntrust decided to place a hold on a check for under $5000 for several days. I called and was not given a reason. I was then told that I couldn't appeal this to anyone. Suntrust has slipped into a mode of unacceptable customer service. I hope this is not a sign of things to come after their merger with BB&T.

    The staff here is kind and knowledgeable but no matter how many times you complain about them being understaffed nothing is done. There was one person inside today at the teller with a customer and I waited 11 minutes before being acknowledged in the drive through.
