Overall great car shopping experience with auto outlets USA at wolcott. Very helpful staff from Tony, the representative, to the title clerks, and management. I never felt pressured by anyone, they were very accommodating to what I wanted and my questions and concerns. Everyone was super friendly to deal with. I would recommend to anyone that I know who is in the market for a vehicle.

If you are looking to get a vehicle and looking for a place that will work with you I suggest not stopping here. I had working in the car business as both a salesman and a sales manager and had went there as I am partial to the small businesses, but became very disappointed with the way they conduct business. I had went looking at a crew cab ram, they had pulled the truck up and I I had started to look at it. First I noticed several flaws in the vehicle, mind you I know it is used so know there will be flaws. I had pointed at a very small rust spot and asked if anything could be done. The salesman instantly said our cars are sold as is. Which you should not say. I had not said anything about repainting or anything along those lines, even some touch up paint would have worked just fine. I had taken the truck for a ride and it seemed to be in good mechanical condition and I had looked past the minor flaws. And went in and wanted to see what kind of deal we could make. Went through the process but it was late and banks where not answering so had left for the evening. The next day I had heard nothing all day. Finally I had to initiate a conversation with the salesman. Communication should be a big thing in a place like this. The salesman should keep in contact. He had told me what my payment would be. I had asked several times what my trade in value was and all the other numbers in which he would not tell me I had to ask several times. Again I was a sales manager and am well aware of everything in the car business. When he finally gave me the numbers and I had wanted to negotiate them. The salesman then said we do not negotiate our prices. I had tried several times to get the to negotiate then got a text saying they can not help me. It's very unfortunate they conduct business like this and it blows my mind how many sales are missed because they do not work with there customers. And just say there is nothing else we can do for you. With all that being said I had ended up buying a brand new ram that was not a crew cab and had put a large amount of money down purely because the dealership was willing to work and take care of their customers. Auto outlet has a lot to learn. I do want to end this saying that if you want an example of how they treat people simply look at the other reviews. Auto outlet puts blame on everyone that writes a review not in there favor. You should not put blame on customers. You have a lot to learn in this business.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have an almost identical complaint to another review by "Chris McAllister" and them playing games. I seen a truck online that was at a great price, and fit the bill as to what I was looking for. It was on line for a couple hours. I filled out the questionnaire Friday evening and Saturday morning got a phone call from Nick. I told him that the truck was exactly what I was looking for. I told Nick I wanted to finance the truck, I was not sure what the credit situation was I had some problems in the past but most have been cleaned up. I was asked about a trade - I want to keep my current truck so I told him I would rather buy this one with no trades and when he asked about a down payment, I said I could put down "a thousand or what ever was needed" He said he was going to get this into finance and we could set up a time for a test drive. Knowing this was exsctly what I wanted... and it was 45 minutes to an hour away, I knew I was going to the dealership one time. To bring home the truck. I waited around all day Saturday, and got no response from Nick. I called. I texted. I CALLED the store - nothing. Sunday - Same thing. Today being Monday, I called and spoke to Pat (He was nice) and I was informed that the truck was sold Saturday and that he had no other trucks similar to that one that he could have me look at. I feel bad because I went off on him, but the way this place conducted business was (inset swear word here) Nick never once asked me about how else I could pay for the vehicle, or advised me to get down to the dealer to leave a deposit - nothing. I have the cash to make the purchase. My intent was to finance it and help improve my credit. Not once was I asked if I could pay for the purchase any other way - and that makes me mad as all heck that I was pre-judged and tossed off to the side. I do NOT suggest buying a car from this place... there are far more reputable companies that will treat you like a customer and not by your worth based off some credit number or if you have a co signer. Lets not ask if they have the money, that would just make too much sense!

Everyone here at auto outlets in Canandaigua Ny are very great. They make sure you are happy and leave with the car you want! they don't give up and their goal was to have me leave with the car I wanted nothing less. Which I did. I am very happy with my new car and the amount of service and hard work effort I got. I love Auto outlets and will defiantly reefer them to my friends and family. Thank you all!!!!!

Afraid of untrustworthy car sales men?... Well this place isn't that. I have recently went to 8 local car dealerships all places had some shady sales routine and finance gimics and disrespectful attitude literally looking at the same car: Honda CR-V EX. But Tony Gabrille at Auto Outlet of Canandaigua really won me over going above and beyond to make sure I had the details pinpointed and under control in a very respectful way. I appreciated his down to earth personality and non salesman attitude keeping it short and simple when I wanted him to be and going into pain staking detail when I needed him too. I never had to haggle, clarify, or say no more than once. I got exactly what I wanted low miles,low price, great warranty, low interest rate a great deal, a beautiful car :) and even better service... I never write reviews but he and his finance manager John deserved this one.

I got my first car from this dealership a few days ago and let me tell you that it was the best decision i ever made the people where so friendly and specially Lauren which it was the person that did the paperwork she is such an amazing person she explained everything very clear and professional it was a great experience. The place is very welcoming great environment I really recommended.
