Delores was very rude the multiple times she had me call back for “15 minutes”, along with her very aggressive tone she showed signs of no help to the customer. If you’re annoyed with customer service do not work in customer service ma’am

I wishI could give 1/10 off a star. These people are just rude and have an attitude from the start. As if they’re miserable with their jobs. They ran my credit 3x and still haven’t approved me. Ugh, I’m so irritated I wish I never wasted my time with them. I’m warning you don’t come here.

Delores is rude and aggressive. Been a customer for many years but she is unacceptable for any business manager.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They need to work on their customer service or hire a brand new team! They have absolutely no customer service etiquette!!! Someone calls, I tell them when I’ll be there to make a payment!! Whoever I spoke with didn’t mark it for the correct day / date! Delores and her extremely rude self calls a couple of days later! I told her what I told the other lady “I’m out of the country, I return Tuesday and will make payment on Wednesday”, well the lady I spoke with put whatever she wanted for notes and Delores tried to argue me up and down that the notes were absolutely correct! My question, how do you know their correct when you weren’t on the phone! Second off I don’t need to lie!! I spoke to someone on Tuesday, Delores called Thursday, someone called Friday and someone just called and they all just want to argue!!! They are the worst!! Then the lady had the nerve to say “ we have your banking info on file why can’t I just run it”….first off I decide when you run the ach not you all and I’m walking my payment in!!! She still wanted to argue!!! I don’t have time to deal with them!! I blatantly informed the lady I spoke to, to no longer call me and to send my account to collections because I’m done dealing with them!!! I also informed her that these calls are NOT FREE!! They really need to do better, because mostly ALL of the reviews are saying the same ish!

I have been working with Delores and the rest of her staff for the last 2 years. They are very friendly and professional. In my time of need, they really helped me out. I appreciate their excellent customer and their willingness to assist me with all of my financial needs. I would recommend Delores and her staff to anyone needing a financial boost!!! FYI: Please disregard the pics...not related to the business!

Get a loan elsewhere. This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever experienced...and I’m in my early 40’s. Seriously, every time I deal with them I feel like I’m on PUNK’D. The rudeness is mind boggling. It’s so bad I wouldn’t be at all surprised if someone shot the place up. Not surprised at all. Dolores is their ringleader of all wrongdoing. If someone from upper management sees this, clean house. All of them.

I am military and of course would not have a state of texas drivers license! But I do have valid license and have lived /stationed here for two years! And have valid proof of residency! So glad I have become acquainted with the mayor and council members ! I will be talking to him and the council about this stipulation! I was approved but denied because my license isn’t registered in Texas but is considered govt identification!

Delores the supervisor blatantly lied trying to entrap me into a high interest refinance for her own personal gain/bonus. She insisted I verbally agreed to refinance when in fact no such disclosure was read or agreed upon. The home office and her supervisor has done nothing in response to her breaking the law.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Delores and her team are about money and not the customer. My payment was due during the winter storm, it was mailed, but got lost in the chaos. Do you think they asked if I had water, power, and food? Nope. It was only about the payment.
