    I hate that this is the only company that can service my home! The service is horrible! I have had service with them for I've a month and I have a technician out to my house every week since service started now I'm needing another one to come out and fix my internet and cable so I'm stuck with out either for 4 days. I don't get cell service here and was using the home phone from them but when my internet goes out so does the home phone! Which is even more frustrating since I have 2 small kids. So now I have to pay for frontier homophone as well because this happens every week and I don't want to be with out a land line. This is ridiculous for the amount of money we pay to have such awful service. I hope COMCAST gets to my area soon so I can dump this horrible service!!! I should get a punch card for every time I have to call to get a tech out to "fix" something!

    Stinkin' company! Wanted to upgrade Internet and add cable TV. Scheduled it. When I finally got thru to them on the phone after they didn't show up, they said they lost it in the system. Decided to call them back to cancel the cable package. Kept getting disconnected. Do not use these people for anything except to throw eggs at.

    0 stars actually. I have tried to get a technician out to my house for the last month and they never show. Not to mention it being impossible to get a customer service agent on the line.. for the past 2-3 months my modem randomly disconnects from the internet, and you guys cant seem to figure it out. I have tried everything i can to fix it myself.. will be cancelling!

    Wow, if you can conduct your business online, do so. The most rude people work in the la Conner office. I wonder if Wave ever holds customer service classes because they sure can use it

    I have been on hold for 59 minutes! Lousy service. I just want an answer for a item on my bill. I shall explore alternative service providers. I have had all the Wave customer service I can take! Thanks Wave

    Rude Lazy front office. Expensive service. Go with Verizon unlimited plan and save money. Wave is not worth it. Can never get ahold of somebody to ask any questions about the billing etc... we are done paying for shotty service!

    3 stars because it's insanely expensive for what you get. Internet is good, but can be spotty as far as speeds go. Keep an eye on your speed and if you aren't getting at least 80% of your package rate then bug them until they make sure you do.

    and I thought there would be a change from broad-stripe My Internet is still slow and unreliable between 3pm and 10pm so slow sometimes I cant even watch a YouTube video I have the exact same problems now that I had with broad-stripe each time they come out it's the same problem nothing wrong at the house. they still have no problem collecting money for the slow Internet and poor TV I cant change my Internet but I am switching to dish network for the tv

    I have been, and still A customer of wave broad band for over 20 years,3 years ago I canceled cable tv but kept internet and phone,Just last month there was a 400.00 one time charge on my bill, took 3 weeks and A complaint with the BBB to find out the charge was for unreturned equipment from 3 years ago,They keep telling me the charge didn't show up because I did not close my account,or they updated their computers.unless I have A receipt or return the equipment I have to pay the fee.I do not have any recollection of what happened to this equipment or if I even had A receipt I would not have it now,my issue is not giving me any notice of this charge for 3 years, when I have been paying my bill this whole time to the same account. I was told today after filing a complaint with the attorney general that it was not A mistake that is how they do business, well I payed the fee I no longer care about the money.They refer me to the terms and conditions.this is what I found section 2 a You will be billed monthly in advance for recurring monthly charges. Other charges will be billed in the next practicable monthly billing cycle following use, or as otherwise specified in the applicable Price list,I guess this does not pertain to me.I am not saying I returned the equipment.I just do not like them waiting 3 years to bill me and tell me it is standard practice.and expect me to be happy about it. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with ,the user agreement is A joke.all anyone there could hear is that I am trying to get out of paying the 400.00,I am upset because you waited 3 years to notify me about the missing equipment then say it is my fault because I did not close my account.The customer is always wrong here,cannot wait until there is other options for internet where I live.

    Overpriced service would drop them in an instant if another service is available. Constantly increase service fee and charge late fee because I paid the previous amount. Must opt into service to notify you when they are overcharging you. Poor business practices and service
