Associated Bank Bass Lake Rd, Hope

Sara Tekile Was my banker I came in to close my Deceased father’s account. I had all proof needed to close the account as the bank rules are as follows. I live about 30 minutes away and when Sara decided to tell me that she wasn’t going to close the account. Her words were not informative or professional. She tells me, “ I need to speak with someone in the back” I asked for information as to whom she needed to talk to, she did not give me any contact information for any of these people??? only took my number did not give me a valid reason why she couldn’t close it. I am very disappointed in service. Hope to reach a manager within Customer Service today before close.

Yes, I rate this bank as a 5 Star Bank. I've been a customer with them for over 16 years. I have one wish: I wish every Wells Fargo customer would open an account at Associated so that they would discover a whole new open, friendly and honest banking service. da

They have the nicest bank tellers! When I was trying to save my money for a new car Tracy helped me and supported me. They act like a good friend here! I would recommend to anyone to bank here.

Horrible bank. I have tried to get my online account set up for over a year and they continuously say "'I don't know' what the problem is." And do NOTHING to fix it. Their app doesn't work so if you want to be able to see what your balance is quickly on the go, too bad. Their customer service is horrendous and the overall bank system is unbelievably disorganized. They got both my social security and birthday wrong on my account. How? No idea since they had my social security card and licence IN THEIR HAND when entering it in. One day when I was on the phone with a confused customer service guy (he had no idea what the problem was, like everyone else) he even -- rather unprofessionally, though he was probably the most normal non-condescending person I spoke to from this bank -- said that he was going to switch over to the bank but after working in customer service decided not to because of all of the issues the bank experiences. I'm not kidding, he actually said that! Ridiculous. I'm switching over to another bank later this week.

This is a great bank however they won't let me have 2 checking accounts anymore without a fee since I turned 24. 4 years of business and you can't wave it for me? Well I'll be closing my account and moving on. Found a bank I really like to bad they don't care about losing a member.

The tellers are very nice, it isn't awkward at all. Even talked to the bank manager because i had some questions and he was happy to help.

having a horrible experience with this bank paid my overdraft fees for my account after doing so they closed the account that day without notice of any kind stay away
