Asian Bank N 9th St, Philadelphia

This is my bank. After still a target of card woes, i usually show my bank overseas level accounting... successfuly supported with a modest check a Chinese language newspaper during the height of the first year of pandemic COVID, where many passports were 'held up' or 'greatly mis-appreciated' in China....And a few months back, i found a taiwanese language magazine. My bank can communicate in the ASIAN language..it's not a mystical experience... gh/GRH

Worst experience ever. They charge most ridiculous transaction fees whereas other banks ( Bank of America, PNC, Citi, Chase) hardly charge anything. Online statement only free for 1 year, then you gotta pay $2 for older account statement. Debit card replacement $10. Address change $10. It’s a joke in the bank industry. For your best, DO NOT ever use Asian Bank.

not good sytem online banking ... not abble to answer the phone only business hour .. never give monthly stateent as another bank ( free) they charge u so carzy not make sanse for each page statment !!!! not recoment to anyone

the service at the bank is good but for online access on the website sometime can be a pain in the neck.

Written to the Chinese, this bank has many clauses that will not remind you. Let me remind you: you cannot get your deposit after the certificate expires, and the joint account withdraw money requires everyone to bring all valid certificates to the counter for processing, 3 months If you don’t log in to online banking, you will freeze your online query account, you will freeze your checking account and charge a management fee for one year without any changes, and you will be fined $200 if you lose the key to the safe... They freeze your account and deposit, and you must solve all problems in person Bring a valid certificate to Philadelphia! All these so-called "terms" are set up to steal money from those Chinese who have no guarantee of identity!

Very poor service, bad attitude, printing two monthly statements actually cost 4 yuan, the first time I heard that the bank would charge for monthly statements.
