I cannot emphasize enough how great it was to work with Jim Barry of Artisan. Purchasing a home can be a stressful process. Jim made the mortgage process painless. Jim answered all of my questions immediately, he pushed the process and turned our mortgage around in a matter of weeks - which is quite uncommon. Best of all, Artisan provided a measure of customer service that cannot be matched by a national lender. When ever I had a question, Jim (not a 'representative') answered his phone and gave me a direct response. That makes all the difference in my book. I will gladly be referring all friends, colleagues and clients to Jim.

Great experience. For my refi, Jim promised he could beat the bank's rate and get me completely closed in under two weeks. He managed to get me a ridiculously good deal and start-to finish was 8 days. Previously had gotten my first mortgage with Gil a few years earlier, and got another good deal and plenty of help making sure the mortgage got done in line with the contract closing.
