    They tellers are disrespectful to people with Cancer! They are underhanded trying to upset people that come down in this BAD WAY but have the Life Insurance Policy Addition on their loans and have paid for it! Why make the Cancer person CRY? They are already upset thinking about Stage IV CANCER!!! They paid for the coverage on EACH and EVERY LOAN! Then to have a teller tell them when they make a payment (on time as usual) “You Better make your payments or we are going to repo your house”! That is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! I listen to that person cry because of their treatment!

    The worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank… used there atm …. It sucked my card in, would not give it back … no one had access to the atm to get my card out … i was told they only had 1 employee that could do that and they have been off for a week ….. then when they finally got it out of the machine 3 days later the employees refused to give my card back …. Telling me they were going to shred it and I would have to order a new one although nothing was wrong with my card ….. it was all due to faulty machine ….. the customer service along with bank policy is horrible at checotah location ….. do no recommend

    They won't even make change for you if you don't have an account. I can understand if I was cashing a check or something, but I just needed smaller bills. I'm glad I don't bank there. It just seems like a headache to deal with them. There are more banking options in town that would gladly make change no problems.

    I only use the drive thru ATM here. As far as it goes, they charge a high rate for usage if you are with other banks. It's very inconvient also how you have to do 2 different transactions if you need to check your balance then pull money out. It has no option to continue from checking balance to pull money out. Plus it is set up so you can not access it without opening your car door or leaning out of your window really far removing your seat belt.

    Only thing missing is a big top. Card shut off and stranded 3 different times in different countries, AFTER telling these clowns when and where I was going. Can't do anything on the phone without having account number, full social, date if birth, last EXACT transaction amount, etc. Over it. Moved banks and loans. Won't deal with this sort of incompetence any longer

    I was cashing a cashiers check that was from Armstrong Bank and in addition to my Drivers License, I was required to provide MY ssn, place of employment, occupation and 2 phone numbers. I asked the teller why was all of this necessary and she said, "it just is." I laughed and said sarcastically, "the color of my skin wouldn't have anything to do with it, now would it?" She looked embarrassed and said, "no." I failed to mention that she made two phone calls to ensure that the check had not had a stop payment order.

    Recent change from BOK Muskogee to Armstrong in Checotah. I was hoping for more friendly bankers, more efficient systems, and a better online banking program. ALL THREE OF MY EXPECTATIONS HAVE COME TO PASS. I appreciate the local people inside the bank who are nice to small depositors as well as large; they reply in a personal and timely manner to my concerns. I received kind attention in a friendly and knowledgeable manner in the process of transferring monies/direct deposits from BOK to Armstrong. The Armstrong Online Banking program is clear, concise, and requires fewer "clicks" to navigate to the place where I need to be. If something should arise requiring me to come into the bank, I now have half the drive time. I am a creature of habit; don't like making changes but this recent change to Armstrong was an EXCELLENT CHOICE.

    With the help from this bank and a former employer I got falsely accused of uttering a forged instrument so yeah I'll give it a star because that's the lowest rating allowed

    Seems like every time you go to the ATM at the Checotah location it is not working and seems to stay that way for numerous days it really affects people that need cash that work hours early morning and late evening hours that the bank is closed this seems to be a constant thing .Now I have to drive 30 miles to the muskogee location seems like they would keep a better eye on things .
