The man Sam!! Got me hooked up with everything I needed and explained the loan terms and agreements very simply was a very easy process

They have always treated me with respect and made sure I understand everything out my loan. Also, been good to have them when I really have been in an in between pay period pinch and need funds to pay a bill or bills.

I’ve never used them before, but I got a call from them. She stated the businesses name so I responded with a simple ok, thinking she’d tell me more about the business, and rather hastily was prompted to make my payment. I, not knowing a thing about the business said I’m sorry, I don’t understand. Again she said I needed to make my payment. I asked what the business did and if she new who she was talking to and she said Amanda! I had to inform her that she was given an incorrect number and she seemed to get more upset. I suggest confirming who you are speaking with first when you call your customers.

Teresa is awesome always goes above and beyond for her customers. Very quick and informative. She always has a smile and is ready to help anyone. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best loan place around. Theresa is very kind, helpful and always cheerful. She answers any questions I have and works with me on payments. I reccomend Empire Finance to everyone. If you call and she is busy she gives you a call right back.

Approved me & I drove 35 miles for them to tell me after I got there that they couldn’t do it. Will not do business here ever again.
