Arizona Bank & Trust S Gilbert Rd, Gilbert

I’ve been getting loans close to 40 years at banks, Sabrina Evans at the bank in Gilbert made it as easy as possible, normally I don’t even want to go for another line of credit because everyone makes it so Difficult to go through the process. I told my my sister about it because she’s is one of those person that doesn’t want to try to raise her line of credit because the process is always just so stressful. I would advise people to try this bank because it’s one person handling the loan not five different people calling you about different stuff that they need, Or you try to call the bank and then your on hold for 20 minutes.

I have been a customer of Arizona Bank and Trust for over 4 years now. I have my personal account and my business accounts with them. Working with AB&T has been the best banking experience I've ever had. They are not just another bank, they truly work hard to help you grow your business and take care of any issues right away! While AZ B&T does have some good people working there, please watch out for Bob Aggarawal. He is new to AZ B&T (I think he came from BofA). I had several business accounts, lines of credit, credit cards, loans, etc with AZ B&T. I was with them for several years. Bob has only been there a few months and he is very difficult to work with. He is unprofessional (made me feel uncomfortable by asking for my advice about how he should handle an issue with his daughter the very first time I met him), he does not seem to possess an understanding of small business and is very confrontational (called me a bully several times). Very weird. I am leaving AZ B&T solely because of Bob. Best of luck.

Been banking with AB&T for 4 years. Through building our home to personal banking needs, we have been working with the very personable staff at the Gilbert and Germann location through it all. Great people, great experience. Highly recommend this bank, if you want a bank with personnel that make your visit enjoyable.

Just opened a new checking account. 2 days later I started getting robo calls on my work cell phone that I have only had for 2 weeks (no solicitation calls prior). Only my family, work and AZ Bank have this number. Obviously they sell your info. Do not use them and do NOT give them your real phone number.

Oscar was very helpful and professional in helping with the setup of a new checking account, really happy about the lack of any service fees even without a high balance or direct deposit. Would recommend this bank to anyone.

Never heard of a bank not being able to give you change for your small business because you don’t have an account there. Strange.

I like the small bank experience. Tempe location is great but the staff at this location isn’t quite as friendly
